She told me I needed to follow up with another eye doctor for a more thorough exam but never provided a referral. I was also told I need reading glasses, yet no prescription strength was given--leaving me with no clear guidance on next steps. I ordered a six-month supply of contacts that only lasted three months. When I came in to address this, the staff blamed me instead of investigating the issue, suggesting I use a "better" contact solution--even though I use Biotrue, which is one of the top solutions on the market. The contacts consistently dry out, and no one took responsibility or showed concern. To make matters worse, customer service was rude and dismissive. I asked if someone can help me find oversized glasses like pick them out for me and it was met with laziness. The rep told me I'd have to go thru the glasses myself. Really? What happened to the days of reps helping you pick out glasses like years ago. Overall, there was a clear lack of accountability, care, and professionalism throughout my experience. Two thumbs down. When I went to pick up the new glasses and was told there was a balance due of $78.00, I did not take them. She said the optometrist needed to be consulted and I'd hear back. The optometrist called me a few days later and began to argue, saying the former pair of glasses (2023) were the wrong price. He finished by saying he would throw the new glasses in the garbage. I was quoted a price and asked to pay $78.00 more, which I would not do. For that reason, their behavior was nasty and unprofessional.

They can not call and get an update on when they will ship or what the delay is. Their best answer is "When they get here they get here". Recently, we ordered 3 pairs of frames for all of our family members. We were told a week to 10 days to get them. I called and was told they are in "finishing" status with the lab but they have no way to reach the lab or expedite the order. It was very frustrating to deal with after you made the purchase and paid.
