He was unsure why I haven't received a refund. I offered to drive down to show them pictures and show them the charges on my bank app but he said no that's okay we believe you. He said he would have the owner reach out to me to resolve it. Two days later and I've yet to receive a call. Just a frustrating experience and waste of money. The kids had a hard time with the menu because it shows the names in Italian, but the description is in English and easy to understand. The food is still good, the ambiance nice for a date night where you might want privacy, and the staff was pleasant and attentive. I was also pleased that the waiter was able to suggest a wine like they do in fancy movies. I love wine but always forget the names of the ones I like most. On our visit to Big Bear we ordered pizza from Maggio's not one, not two, but three times!!! We were there for 5 weeks, so don't judge. From the moment they answered the phone it was like chatting with an old friend taking my order (this happened every time). The atmosphere is so incredibly friendly and welcoming it makes you want to stay a while and make friends. We ordered large pepperoni, cheese and mushroom pizzas as well as a Cesar salad and it was all delicious. The pizzas were huge and the sauce, ingredients and bake of the pies had our tastebuds dancing a happy dance. Prices are more than reasonable, we fed our family of 4 for $30 and it was good!
