SITREP At the recent "De-Stressing on the Delta" Elite Party event that I was fortunate enough to attend, I was also lucky enough to snag a ride for my buddy Rich and myself on ROCKSTAR LIMO LOUNGE! What a FUN RIDE on the "Disco Train" THAT proved to be! THE RIDE This was a "total class act" by the Yelp team to organize so that many of us could truly enjoy ourselves and imbibe in wonderful wines and micro-brews while at the event, without the added tension of worrying about driving back immediately after the conclusion of the party. And while we traveling back and forth from the elite-event site @ Scribner Vineyards, the illustrious Yelp "am-BADASS-ador" and CM (Community Manager) from the South Bay, Ms. ABBY S, checked us all in and proceeded to party with us on the party-van! Okay okay, you may not believe me when you first read this, but take a look at the pictures I've posted so you can see the raucous good time we had! And if a stripper-pole is not enough, any party-van that will play music-tracks so that you can sing along as a group and shred your vocal chords together is a TOTAL WIN in my opinion! So we first used Joe with Rockstar for my husbands 30th birthday (5 years ago) and we liked him so much we used him again this year for my 35th birthday excursion to wine taste in Amador County. I cannot day enough about Joe and our excellent experience. The bus was stocked with waters, cups and ice even though we did come prepared with our own. The bus had CarPlay and we were able to hook up our phones to play our own music. Joe was unbelievably punctual showing up a half hour early and was very patient when our group slowly arrived and filtered in. Both times we asked to extend our time and Joe was kind and without hesitation, said yes. We will be referring anyone we can to Rockstar as we have been very pleased both times we have used them. Holy cannoli, these Rockstar Limo guys sure do know how to provide the makings for a par-tay! I was lucky enough to get chauffeured to a recent Yelp event in one of Rockstar's fancy limousine busses. It was fully equipped with a bumpin' stereo system, flat screen TV, luxurious leather seats, and a saucy little stripper pole! That's not it, though, it also had built in cup holders and complimentary water bottles for our hydrating pleasure. Good call, Rockstar, your generous supply of water probably helped me avoid a nasty hangover. The driver and his sidekick were pretty cool, too--so much more than just eye candy. They were friendly, accommodating, and patient with our loud, rambunctious shenanigans. Although, if you ask Stephanie L she wouldn't know since she couldn't get past their boyish good looks. We booked Rockstar limo for our wedding. We planned on using them to get from the hotel to the venue. The driver had an untucked shirt and didn't look professional. The venue from the hotel was only about 5 miles away, but it took him forever to finally get there. We rented a party bus from Rockstar for our daughters 21st birthday. From the beginning of booking this with Joe, to the actual event, it was nothing but a great experience. Mike the driver was awesome (says all aboard the bus). Their pricing is much better than all others I called, and they were very courteous and professional (unlike others). We used Rockstar Limo to go to a club in San Francisco for my friend's bachelorette party. Our departure time from Sacramento was 8 p.m. and our driver, Mike, was right on time. He was prompt, courteous, and explained how the clubs in SF worked when getting off a party bus. Rockstar Limo provided us with an ice chest filled with ice and bottled water. We were also supplied with cups. Mike was easy to work with and accommodated our needs, especially when a couple of the girls were running a little behind. I have used Rockstar's services twice in the past year; once for a bachelorette party bus and the other, a limousine for a wine tour. I find working with Q to be a breeze. We communicated mostly over email. He was able to accommodate my requests and we were able to work out the few kinks that did arise. In particular, I was quite pleased with our limo driver, John. He was punctual, accommodating, friendly and unfazed by our sometimes raucous group. The white stretch Chrysler 300 was roomy, clean and once we got the subfreezing temperature in control, very comfortable. We had 9 folks in a 12 seater and could have easily squeezed in a couple more. The cost is super reasonable, almost Groupon-like rates available. My only suggestion would be to check in if audio/visual is important for your occasion. We had a wine trip music mix ready to go but I guess the AV input was damaged the night before. (Bad Prom Kids!) I preferred the limo to the party bus, Rocky, which I found to be loud and bumpy ride, but maybe that is just a matter of preference or bad shocks. At any rate, this is a solid company, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate and is my go-to for when I need to schlep a bunch of people from point A to point B. read more

We used Rockstar Limo last weekend for a birthday celebration. Everything was simple, easy and perfect from the get-go. Q got back to us in a timely manner with his quote, paying the deposit and the balance was easy and (thankfully) didn't require that I carry a ton of cash on my person, and our driver (Adam) was a delight. Q is a man who pays attention the the details ... he texted me the name and contact information for our driver several hours before he was to arrive, he called up along the way to update me on one item we were discussing, and he was always quick to respond to any questions. Booked Rockstar for a 30th bang-a-rang/wine tasting in Amador county and Joe hooked it up! Prompt arrival at our pick up location with a well appointed bus/limo/para-transit for pimps complete with ice and water for the wine recovery efforts. My man got us safely and securely to Amador with a quick bathroom break in Rancho Murrieta. For a group of late-20s, early 30s south sac "youths", Rockstar gave us the neccessary medium for partying it up in a not so youthful setting. Organized a 6-hour wine tasting tip up in Fair Play/El Dorado County for 9 people...Called multiple limo outfits in Sac to book the trip, some were booked for the day, some didn't even bother returning my calls (does my money not fold???). Well, Rockstar Limo did and not only were they punctual in their follow up, they were 100% professional, courteous and helpful (for example, advising it's prudent to first call the winery to alert them to a limo group swinging through - sage advice!). My man "Q" handled the booking from call to paperwork and also handled the driving duties. Not only were Rockstar FAR MORE ECONOMICAL than the other limo services I successfully got quotes from but their service was impeccable - early arrive time, no hassle with directions, smooth as silk driving, clean limo with free water, stocked glasses, legit sound system, etc. Not only that but Q was a true professional and a really nice guy - we even went over our allotted time and there was zero hassle, just a smile and a "don't worry about it!". I have to give these guys an extra five stars, because Q came through for me while I was in a pinch... the previous company I had booked for my wifes graduation party cancelled a few days prior to the date of her gradution... I was scrambling around trying to find a replacement party bus.. not only was everyone else rude but they were super expensive .. so I called Q and came through like a champ he said not worry and gave me a day to come up with my deposit to reserve the party bus... the day of my wifes graduation the ceromony was running late an hour late from the original time we had planned .. again Q said " don't worry .. enjoy the ceremony ill let my driver know enjoy your wifes graduation and hit me up when its over" very curteous yet aware of my situation and very professional... when the party bus arrived to pick us my wife was excited.. the whole family was very excited my kids and my inlaws.. Just used Rockstar Limo Lounge for the second time last week. Took a trip to the A's game last Wednesday. The previous time we went to a Giants game. Both times the drivers were prompt, got us to the games quickly and without any snafus. The buses are clean and fully loaded with ice, cups, a tv, and a stereo with an auxiliary hookup for phones and iPods. Both times our drivers were there to deliver on any request we had. That included stopping for us whenever we needed a bathroom break(drinking copious amounts of beer will turn your bladder into a 5 year olds real quick). They worked with me on pricing and are easy to contact via text. All in all I had no complaints on either trip, I will be using them next time I have a trip planned. read more
