Ryan finally reached out and I was impressed with his words to help me refund the payments they charged after I cancelled. Also scary when I spoke to Nichole to follow up on my cancellation after they charged 2 more Months she claimed they removed my credit card info to avoid any more charges. Well I am worried about the way they handle credit card info because if they removed it =then how did they charge 3 more times to my card. Ryan although listed as owner claims to be manager. After he said he would make sure to assist me then he cannot respond or be reached. I even went to see him in person at Cypress and he wasn't there. I left a letter for him and still no response. And no refund .. Not a very honest way to handle a customer who was wrongfully charged after ca needling not once but 5 months of charges. This is ridiculous. I've been a client of Rockstar Tan for years, and there's a reason I keep coming back. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a welcoming vibe and staff who are genuinely knowledgeable about all the different products and services they offer. Whether you're new to tanning or a seasoned pro, the team always makes sure you're taken care of. I've visited all of their locations over the years, but the Cypress/Los Al location is my go-to. The facility is always clean, well-stocked, and the staff there is incredibly friendly and efficient. I also have to give a special shoutout to Sharon at the Aliso Viejo location -- her customer service is top-notch! She's helpful, professional, and really takes the time to make sure you have everything you need. And of course, Roni is always a highlight -- her warm smile and great energy instantly put you at ease. She's fantastic with clients and creates a super comfortable environment. I've been a paying member at Rockstar Tan for years. I didn't complain when all three of their locations shut down in 2020 and Rockstar Tan continued to charge their customers monthly anyway. I ended up paying for 12 months on a membership I couldn't use. I called in and the old manager Kiani was nice enough to prorate my membership moving forward. I enjoyed going to Rockstar Tan for a short while after they reopened because of Kiani's hospitality, but as of today haven't been in for months. I just received a charge I did not authorize from Rockstar Tan, and upon calling in I learned that Manager Kiani left and was replaced by Roni. I politely stated I did not authorize this charge and requested my membership to be cancelled. Roni was appalled that I would be cancelling. She was extremely hostile and held my money hostage. She refused to help me and left me to put my bank on notice. I can't believe how reckless Roni is. The owner Ryan made a terrible decision having Roni be Kiani's replacement and ultimately run his three locations. read more

I came in the last week and had help from Sara. I think that your prices are good and the place is kept nice, tidy and clean. However, you should work on hiring more professional people and perhaps older than she seems to about 26. She was rude and carried a disagreeable, unpleasant tone when directing me on what to do. Hard to believe she is a manager. I also heard about her talking about her life details to another staff member there. I don't need to know that you are having an affair on your significant-other with someone else there. Please do not keep hiring this ugly trash! I had never been to a tanning salon, as a matter of fact, I never thought I would even want to.... I decided before a big weekend in Vegas I had to even myself out, since my arms and legs were super tan... and the rest of me was... not so much. Rockstar tan was amazing, I got the Spray tan and rec'vd soooo many compliments on it. Nikol was fantastic, as I didn't know how it'd be standing in front of a stranger in a speedo. Had a free week coupon while visiting a friend in Long Beach, she tans at both salons and she took me with her. I hadn't tried a stand up before but the two girls working were super helpful. They showed me around and told me the diff between standing up and the ones I was used to, the lay downs. Nicole and Mary [I think that was their names] were really nice and looked like sisters. If I am ever in the area again I would give them a shot. We went to both locations and everyone who helped us was nice, maybe they will open one up in SD. read more
