The Technician had the audacity to tell me, "Well, Ma'am, you do live in Texas...so..." Apparently, I was supposed to put up with it? No thank you. I spoke with Thomas and got their pricing vs. what I was paying the other guys (to not take care of) and that alone got my attention. Then, the Technician came out and was very thorough! I have not had an ant problem since. So glad I went with these guys! The company is smaller than the one I was using...which is great, they care more and do a much better job.
