Found SSHS on yelp and they were able to arrive same day at a better rate. My 30 year old HVAC system needed refrigerant. 20 minutes later the house started to feel noticeably cooler. Love's had a tech working in the area on Monday til 5 o'clock. They scheduled him to check our HVAC after he finished. Their tech arrived at 6:00pm!!! He was ready to work. The tech (Steven Rinkus - 12 years experience) quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a capacitor failure. He had the part on the truck! 30 minutes later we had air. So, it was time to shop around. Enter Buric. Booking appointments was easy, with multiple reminders including a call 15 minutes out. The technician spent over an hour documenting the system and doing maintenance tasks. The documentation took a lot of the time since he took photos of every part so the next visit the state can be compared. When he went to replace my humidifier pad, he even suggested I save money by buying them on my own and just keeping them near by. I ended up paying the premium and he left the box so I could find replacements more easily. It's great to not only switch from private equity to a locally (Columbia based) owned company, but to get better service at a better cost to boot.
