Shlomo Kushner responded immediately to my first contact and those that followed, seemed very happy to answer all questions (and I had a lot, lol), and helped me with selecting fixtures and fans that were compatible with the condo's wiring and various limitations. On the appointment day, he arrived on time (even gave me an early warning so I could secure the dogs in another area), and made his way systematically through my list, all the while explaining what he was doing, why, and informing me of a few "surprises" (hazards behind blinking lights, etc.,) that my condo was hiding from me. The fans and fixtures are great, and I am much more secure knowing that he discovered and fixed several areas that were not safe (and had disconnected wires, burn marks, etc. that I could only see when he removed the wall plates). His price was very reasonable, and I have already scheduled him for additional work next month, now that I've seen his work. In the same breath, he offered to "sell" me one of his units for $2,500. I spent $5,600 already. Why offer this? Then, he gave me a week to answer. Through another tech, the compressor WAS found to be under warranty, and I was able to get that put in by someone else. He scammed me and thought I was a fool to buy a unit from him when I had already paid for a unit that was under warranty. Why tell me mine was not under warranty when it was. That's unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, unthoughtful, inconsiderate and appalling to me! This is not how business is done. He tried to act like he was helping me, but this was the worse business transaction any company could make. I would never recommend him to anyone. I'm sure someone has been through this same type of experience with him too!! TELL IT!!!!! He doesn't deserve to be in business!! This smells SCAM! If I could rate no stars, I would. They low-balled an estimate when they had knowledge of the unit, the specific part needed, and the industry standard for labor. And when the job was completed in less than time than expected, the final invoice came back 70% higher than the high-end of the estimated range. The misleading initial estimate was either fraudulent in order to get the job, or incompetent. Terry should work for someone else. I would not trust Frosty.

I had 5 companies come to provide a sewer line replacement quote and Marino had a great price with a contract that clearly laid out the work to be done without any clauses to run up the price like other companies did. Work was done quickly without any issues and they also spent several hours after the sewer line was done making sure the soil was compacted down then put down grass seed and straw. All other companies were only offering to leave a mound of loose dirt. When a small part settled they came back out to fill the area and added more seed and straw.
