His estimate was reasonable, the equipment he selected was appropriate, he moved quickly, and he delivered on a holiday. He'll be my first call for future HVAC work.

This man will hustle and break his back to earn your business and build a relationship with his customers. He takes pride in his work. I cannot recommend this place enough. On a Friday afternoon, I reached out to ~5-7 vendors to assess a broken HVAC in a DC condo. Ricardo was able to come out IMMEDIATELY at 8PM on a Friday night. He did a quick dusting of the unit which hadn't been serviced in a while and even went to the roof as a part of his diagnosis. After sticking around for a couple hours trying to find the source of the problem, I was mentally preparing myself to pay a diagnosis and service fee, but there was no such thing. What signaled to me Ricardo was top notch was the fact that this man lives in Baltimore, easily a 50-minute commute from where I was in DC. He didn't leave until I was satisfied with his work until 930PM on a FRIDAY night. This type of service is difficult if not impossible to find. Ricardo patiently explained what the problem was, why I wouldn't have working AC after he would leave, and what my options were. He was very transparent with pricing, sent over a couple of quotes, and laid out what install schedules would look like depending on which manufacturer I went with. He and his team came in Tuesday and the install lasted about 7 hours. Fully working AC in less than 2 business days at a reasonable and competitive price. You cannot beat that.

He was patient and answered all our questions. Though I believe the estimate was high, I also believed we would get a premium system with premium service. The techs came on time and knew the job (install furnace and A/C). All was going well; they finished when they said they would. My husband and I went out. When we returned an hour later, we found that the supply line to the humidifier popped off - water spewing all over our basement! My husband said he told the tech the line was leaking, but the tech brushed him off, replying, 'it's just spray'. I called the Amazing salesman. He asked for photos to share with the Installation Manager who immediately called. He drove 90 min. to get to us that night, bringing two industrial fans. In the meantime we were hard at work with our shop vac sucking up the mess, moving furniture and anything that was wet on the floor. We spent 3 hours on Friday night doing this plus several hours on Sunday to put everything back together. The Manager couldn't have been more apologetic. He admitted the tech's mistake of using plastic hose because copper should have been used the entire way. He promised to make us whole. I told him I wanted monetary compensation. On Monday the manager arranged the tech (who did NOT apologize for his mistake) to return to fix the hose at our convenience. He offered me an upgraded smart thermostat and $1000. To be honest I felt $1000 was insufficient for our trouble, but I spoke to the Operations Manager who offered me a 2nd year of Comfort Club and made a good argument for the $1000 that I did not feel was necessary for me to further escalate. In the end we got our system, but not without extreme inconvenience. I had high hopes for Amazing but ultimately was disappointed by this careless mistake from a company who advertises having the best.
