She did not touch me or exam me at all or ask why I wanted to get the procedure done. I asked if she used insurance and she quickly stated "NO" and proceeded to tell me she needed over $15000 and that the hospital usage and anesthesia would be extra. I asked for an itemized cost list, and she wrote it on a sticky note and told me to let her know if I wanted to proceed.
