Generally in furniture stores I feel you get mobbed but this was so far in the other direction where it seemed there wasn't anyone even working in this ghost town. I went about checking out chairs. Turns out they don't update their online inventory well so that most of what I found online before driving out here wasn't actually available. I came across one nice guy finally who apparently was a stock person. He was able to confirm certain chairs weren't available, and was very nice to hep me, but said I had to find a sales person to get more info on a few things. He took me up to a very exasperated person who helped but was rushed and didn't quite pay attention to what I was saying for the situation. The front desk gal that ended up checking me out was very nice. the chair I picked out was not marked, the gal that priced it was quoting me for a table which I wasn't even asking for and had to remind her of twice, and then seemingly just made a price up for the chair I was actually asking for which I'm not sure was really worth the price. I probably should have just walked out and went elsewhere....the chair I got is in great condition but I just don't think worth the cost for ONE chair. I get it for what they want to sell in bulk office space wise, but considering my office is soon to be looking for furniture, I have learned a valuable lesson of where we shouldn't go. No refunds for used which is what the bulk of the store was that I saw.

This is a terribly run business. There sits the rudest woman you ever want to meet. She does not…read moreact like she wants work. I've come to pick up mail that has tracking only to have her not budge and tell me that I don't have ANY mail. She is ALWAYS grumpy. She gives a cold look, never a greeting. Never says thank you. I have been in here while she has argued with other customers over minor issues. Confrontation seems to be the only thing that she has energy for. This location NEVER answers the phone. I've come during their advertised business hours only to find them closed. This has happened more than once. No holiday. No advance notice. She does not want to work, provide customer service, honor sales or prices. Answering the phone is a bare minimum requirement for any job. It seems like it's an inconvenience for her to do her incredibly simple job. Zero skills are required! Seriously, go elsewhere. Not worth dealing the moody employee.

The door was locked - I phoned and got no answer but left a voicemail. I emailed the address posted on their website and got an autroreply that the email address is "no longer used." I was finally able to reach someone who told me "we recently changed our business hours to be closed on Saturday ... but we haven't updated our website or posted hours." That was the only time the place is open outside what are normal working hours for most people and was the only time I could check my mailbox. Other negatives - when trying to reach them by phone, I selected the option to reach the Hampden location but was directed to the Centennial store. When I first got my mailbox, the lock was broken and I went more than two months without a key because they wouldn't fix it, and the parking in the strip mall where it is located is terrible. My prediction - this place will be defunct in the next six months. Their service is an absolute joke.
