The Dole whip frozen yogurt is so good and the frozen yogurt is so soft. They are a very good about asking if you want to try any samples which this week they had a new pistachio flavor. The facility is very clean and all of the candies are freshly stocked. The cashier was super helpful and greeted us upon coming in. It is also kind of cool because they have a college fund for some of the cashiers here which a lot of them seem to be high school students. read more

Love this place. Always a really good selection of froyo and toppings. Tonight I had- pineapple dole whip and cake batter mix, some PB chocolate and some raspberry pomegranate- strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, graham cracker crust, yogurt chips, raspberry chocolate cups, almonds, peanut butter sauce. I rarely ever leave reviews but felt like I had to after what I witness on 6/10/25 around 7pm. The young lady impressed me so much with how attentive she was, coming straight up to my husband and I asking if we wanted samples soon as we walked into the door (something we usually would have to ask for). I watched as she continued to make sure the counters were wiped down and the spoons were all nicely in the containers for the next guest to serve themselves. I never tip at frozen yogurt places but this time I did because I could tell this employee took great pride in her work which I feel like I rarely see nowadays! The place was very clean and the flavors were really nice. Some places have too much flavoring in their recipe so that it is overwhelming. The few we sampled as well as the ones we bought were very true to what one would expect from eating the food itself. ie salted caramel, chocolate, peanut butter... The toppings were displayed nicely and tasted "fresh". They also offered bottom goodies like whole brownies and cookies and waffle cones were available upon request. Yogurtology doesn't taste the same anymore. I usually get the tart flavor and it tasted like sour/rotten milk. I went back to return it, it was inedible. The other flavors don't taste like the same quality either. The toppings don't look fresh. I tried the gummy bears and they were imitation, weird-looking gummy bears. Something you'd see at an off-brand wholesale store. Tasted very different and not the classic kind. Such a bummer as I've always thought this was the best quality yogurt around :( read more

Hate to give them one star but we went in for my birthday after dinner, both my daughter and I got chocolate. When we set down to eat it, it tasted sour and spoiled we tried to eat it but it was just rancid. I let the girl at the front know, and she proceeded to check the date on the ice cream and taste it herself like she didn't believe me. We paid $25 for 3 not including the $3 tip we left her. The only froyo establishment by my house. The yogurt flavor selection is pretty awesome. They have a little area for you do put cookies brownies granola at the bottom of your bowl before you put your frozen yogurt which is amazing because I always love putting granola and then my frozen yogurt. They have a ton of fruit sweet and salty toppings for you to add on. I keep it pretty simple I just do granola with dark chocolate nibs and caramel sauce. The Oreo cookies taste like cardboard and the toppings aren't all in the same location and neither location of toppings had a clean feel. They have bottomings! Haha. Toppings but items to put on the bottom. FIRST time I have ever seen this so its memorable. Bottoming's such as oreos, granola, oatmeal cream pies and other fun stuff to put on the bottom and THEN add the yummy yogurt and fun toppings! I was a little nervous because I had read all the reviews and the one thing everyone kept saying was they couldn't get their own samples and that when it's busy nobody is available to help. Maybe we came at a good time but we had no problem with this. Right when we walked in there was someone asking us if we wanted to sample anything. She was super friendly and not rushed, even though I do think she was alone. The place was full so again maybe we came after the rush. The yogurt was all good, sampled the mint and it was delicious! Tried the salted caramel and it was definitely caramel flavored, a bit sweet for me but I'd get a little dapple. For some reason every time I come to Arizona I NEED together froyo...must be the heat! Yogurtology is conveniently located in a plaza near Safeway and the decor is pretty similar to all other froyo places. What set it apart for me was the section in the back with cookies, brownies, and other goodies that they suggest you put on the bottom of your yogurt cup. I had a brownie under my oatmeal cookie froyo and it was delicious! Yogurtogy also has a wide variety of toppings and even has baklava which I've never seen as a topping before. I got one just so I could eat it separately and it was great! Five stars for the great flavors and for adding a little twist to the froyo fad! read more

So I came here last night because I was craving frozen yogurt - like original tart with a bunch of fruit. By far some of the best frozen yogurt I have ever had! I dropped in to Yogurtology on a hot summer day, looking for literally anything frozen to save me. After I went inside, the employee behind the counter came out and helped me grab some samples and explained a few of the menu items to me like the dole whip float. I ended up getting the dole whip and another fruity flavor and both were super delicious. Next came the toppings! They have such a good variety of toppings here from fruit to popping boba to chocolate. I got strawberry, kiwi, and mango popping boba, yum!! I need to URGE CAUTION before visiting this business. I haven't been in a while (COVID cautious). Ventured in yesterday. I was followed in by a family of four with no masks. Dad indicated "they forgot them". Gary (self described manager) said, no worries. No masks were offered to them, they helped themselves to yogurt and then proceeded down the toppings line, laughing, talking, spewing all over the toppings (only the father was tall enough that the glass shields might have caught his). Didn't want to make a scene so I called the manager the next day to ask if he thought that was best practice. Boiled down to - he isn't going to compel folks to wear masks (fine, our governor isn't either), but he didn't seem interested in the idea that he could have told them that the topping line wasn't self-service to folks without masks and he would help them instead. He indicated I was wasting his time and he was going to move on about his day. Don't know that this family had COVID, but I do know that if they did, and you came in behind them and enjoyed the topping line, you were going to get it too. Super impressed with this fro-yo shop. The place is so clean, I am positive I could eat off the floors, the tables or even the cool looking highchairs for the kiddos. Its kinda funny to see them vacuum up any messes or crumbs after someone goes through to select toppings, but they must mean business when they try to stay so sparkling clean and bright. The staff is so friendly and attentive as you walk in the door and explain the concept and flavors, including allowing you to try a little taste of the various kinds of yogurts. I always want to know what the most popular / best seller is and they said its been the oatmeal cookie. It tastes just like an oatmeal cookie. So good. There are plenty of times I go to other places and I can't pick a flavour for the opposite reason, because they all suck hahah Honestly, I don't care too much about toppings and bottomings but if I did this place would be the best at it!
