After having a poor experience with a couple of other shelters in the Denver area, I googled other shelters and decided to stop in. Initially, I was just looking as I had some logistics to work out but then I met one of their new arrivals from New Mexico. Bourbon and I clicked immediately. I knew in my gut that he wouldn't be there long so I was able to take him home the same day. All of the ladies on staff were so incredibly friendly, kind and very knowledgable. Linda specifically was especially helpful. It's been almost a month and my little guy, now named Finn, is happy, settled in and is loving his new home. Thanks again to the whole group at RMFR. We adopted two kittens from this place and we asked them over and over again to give us healthy cats because we had older kitty's at home and didn't want them to get sick but they promised us that the cats we adopted were healthy,come to find out both kittens were still sick with giardia and some sort of cat shelter sickness they passed it on to our other cats at home. We are still caring for the two kittens and love them dearly but we would have loved if they could have been tested better and handled more properly.---- This review was back when we first got our bonded pair of kittens it's been sitting in my drafts forever, I decided to post it now bc it took a lot of money to get the kittens better not just that ALL of my cats better now. I still have the kittens they are better than ever and have the best personalities but I will never be returning to this place just bc of what I said I still have older cats at home and they should have been sure the kittens were healthy before sending them out but they didn't. I don't respect this place at all, They keep sending my mother emails to send in photos of the cats but that will never happen, first off you gave us two unhealthy kitties it's not the cats fault it's yours, be better at managing the cats and getting rid of their sicknesses. Beware! I am one of the many people who adopted a ringworm infected kitten from this location. My husband and I subsequently got ringworm, as did our older cat. We found that the kitten was systemically infected and provided oral medications (something not done by RMFR to ensure cure). I reported them to Dept of Agriculture under PACFA and DoA found them in violation of missing medical/treatment records. They have been issued multiple PACFA violations beyond my complaint. At what point will RMFR acknowledge their irresponsibility in adopting out sick kittens? They are not only putting the animals at risk, but they are also putting at risk the public health of the community they supposedly serve. read more

They've been very kind and they do what they can with what resources they have They do recommend that you take in your cat to the vet... they're a non profit rescue and they do what they can but they aren't like a major rescue company like ASPCA read more

We adopted a kitten from here in August. He was sick when we got him. I brought him back to be checked after 2 days because he had terrible diarrhea. The director was condescending and rude and made it seem like the diarrhea was due to stress or that we were bad pet owners. I have a 4 year old cat and I treat my animals like gold. The director gave him some black liquid for the diarrhea and it made him worse. I took him to my vet and they did a blood panel. They found out that he was super sick. They treated him with 2 rounds of antibiotics and other medicine. He got better for about 2 months but the diarrhea came back. I took him back to the vet and found out that he has FIP. My little 9 month old kitten is dying. I have taken him to a holistic vet that has helped make him comfortable and we have done our best to nurse him to health. However, this shelter gave him way too many immunizations, antibiotics, medicine, and also castrated him too young. We are heartbroken. The front desk lady at this shelter was amazing! I had high hopes until I was treated so poorly after bringing my sick kitty back for a vet checkup. The director is awful and rude. She may have known she sold me a kitten with FIP and didn't want the medical expense. I am not sure, but regardless, after thousands of dollars in medical bills and my whole family having their hearts broken, we would never suggest adopting from this shelter. read more

I adopted my cat from a pet supply store that Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue would send their animals to so that they could be adopted. I was told that he came with his shots, fixed and in great health, with the only issue being a tooth needing to be extracted. He was plainly underweight, to the point of being boney but yet his papers said he was a good weight... come to find out a couple weeks later that he has WORMS. This cat is not an outdoor cat since being with me, and this is really disappointing, and frankly deceitful to those who want to adopt. It makes me wonder what they actually do for these poor animals and how they treat them, and what else may be wrong with my poor kitty. He unfortunately infected my other 9yr old cat with worms as well (my 9yr old cat has never had worms until now, and is an indoor cat). WARNING TO THOSE WHO ADOPT FROM HERE: I spoke to one of the employees working at a pet food and supply store about this issue because that's where I adopted my cat, and I was told that this was a reoccurring complaint with animals adopted from this shelter. The employee went on to say that RMFR has even lied about their felines being spayed/neutered or having shots. They will NOT reimburse you. After speaking to them on the phone they would not give any medication to him, as if they didn't lie about him being in good health!! I'm a HUGE advocate for adopting and not shopping, but this just gives a bad rep to adoption centers that actually care to be real with people so that they can take the best care of their pets. read more

We fostered for these guys for some time and ended up adopting two kitties from them. The people here are incredibly kind, caring, and dedicated to these animals. Many of the cats I fostered had unique medical conditions that required endless effort, help, research, and money. They never gave up and succeeded at helping every one of these wonderful kitties. I've never seen any group put so much into each cat and their medical needs. Donate, foster, adopt, from these guys; they are saints and bring so much positivity into this world. read more

I've seen people have a fit in their feedback because at times this shelter will request that you adopt 2 cats. We went for one and adopted 2 and brought them home to a "not so happy" 3rd. The 2 we adopted came from Texas. They are about a month apart in age. These 2 babies talk to each other all the time. For the first week, they hid under anything they could find. They now run around and have fun like crazy. Our 3rd one has happily become one of them. We were just discussing how it would have broken their little hearts to separate them after being so dependent on one another in the beginning of their turmoil filled lives. If you truly are awesome enough to become part of a kitty's life - you really won't mind an extra furry critter around. And before you complain about ANY shelter - try volunteering at one. It might change your tune a bit. We LOVE this shelter. We love ALL shelters that are struggling to find loving homes for any animal. We have no right to put ourselves above the people working in these shelters. If you ran across a cranky mood - there was probably a reason. After being to 3 area shelters and several Pet-smarts, (Especially after coming from the Boulder Humane society, where they would not let two of the sweet kitties we were interested in adopting out from their cages, because they backed up in their cages when they went to grab them. It was completely bizarre.) we so loved coming to this place. The healthy cats are free to roam around the whole space, and access a huge yard through a cat door. Nice, helpful, caring people, quick process, and we love our new kitty! read more

DO NOT ADOPT A CAT FROM THIS PLACE. I adopted a 4 month old kitty from this shelter and he has RINGWORM. After a week the shelter took him back. I had to disinfect the entire house, clothes, clean carpets... I have a beautiful 3 year old cat and now is infected with ringworm, my boyfriend got infected as well. I LOVED this place, their setup and the cat I adopted! After getting burned with another volunteer-run rescue during covid/high adoption time, I was so grateful for how RMFR operated. You apply beforehand in general, then after approval set up an appointment to meet and greet. If you find your match, you can take him home that day! If not, you can always make another appointment. They had so many wonderful kittens and cats there! Hard to choose. ;-) It was clean and well-maintained inside. You visit the small rooms and see which cat is for you. The staff and volunteers there are truly amazing. They were kind and very helpful. We are so happy with our new family member and believe he's the perfect fit for us. Definitely do not waste your time at this shelter. The staff, specifically Tara, is incredibly rude. We were interested in a cat and first they told us that the cat had just arrived and they didn't have any information about the cat. I asked if the cat had been spayed and first they said they were unsure then they said it had been spayed. Then they said the cat had been transferred from another shelter...the story just kept changing. I asked reasonable questions and as the answers continued to change they just got more and more rude. Then after telling me that they have a very high adoption rate, they said that I needed to adopt two cats. The facility is dirty. Many of the cats appeared sick. The whole thing seems shady - and I have no I idea why they are so rude?! read more

I have to say that I LOVE this rescue. My fiancé and I adopted a kitten from RMFR this passed summer and not only did we find the furry love of our lives, we also had a great experience. Rescue work is hard, mentally & physically draining. The volunteers and workers at RMFR do what they can day in and day out. The number of kitten and adult cats they take in and care for is unbelievable! Unfortunately sometimes sick animals come in (as mentioned in other yelp reviews); however I know the rescue does everything they can to take the best care of the animals and adopt out healthy cats. Like so many others I should have paid more attention to, I would give this group negative stars if possible. The volunteer staff I spoke with on the phone were nice enough, despite the repeated promises for return calls I never received, but Cari Dicke, the board president, and Foster care coordinator at RMFR is beyond awful, and their partnership with Petsmart should be seriously questioned. I recently considered adopting two cats that were being held at a Petsmart for adoption through RMFR. What was left of the water for the poor kitties was filthy and looked like it hadn't been changed in who knows how long. The wet food put out was on the floor and full of litter. When I said something about it, no one even moved to do anything about it until I asked if I could change the water out. They finally did that, but left the food as it was. It was heartbreaking to see. The adoption staff did nothing but badmouth Cari and talk about how rude, unresponsive, and difficult to work with she is. I can absolutely attest to that. I can't speak to the conditions at the shelter itself. I never visited the location, as the cats I was potentially interested in adopting were at Petsmart, but if the conditions I witnessed at Petsmart are indicative of what RMFR deems exceptional care, and if the staff at Petsmart are what they consider excellent and trustworthy caregivers, I don't even want to think about what things at the shelter look like. Let me start by saying someone has to help the cats and kittens that end up here, but I think it's a TERRIBLE PLACE!!! I ended up adopting a male kitten but found out this place had the personality tags swapped with another male kitten that was this kitten's brother. I purposely wanted a male and non-alpha personality - that's why I picked this kitten. His tag read that he was not alpha and the kitten I was in the room with didn't behave alpha at all. I paid $200 for the kitten and after the first night called the shelter, told them this kitten didn't match the writeup they provided regarding his personality (because he was so demanding and aggressive) and that upon getting him home, found he had active RINGWORM! They admitted the personality tags were switched between him and his brother (who looked like him) and claimed I could return this kitten and get the brother that matched the write up I was supposed to get. So I took the kitten back to the shelter to exchange for the correct kitten, but on getting there they did a bait and switch again and informed me that my only option was to get a 2 year old female cat! They told me that I could return the kitten to them but I would forfeit the $200 I paid for him, or I could exchange him for the 2 year old female cat that they apparently wanted to get rid of, or I could surrender him to a different shelter - those were my options and they refused now to get me his brother. Because they still had his brother kitten (they one I really wanted), I let them swindle me out of $200 in hopes that the 2 brother kittens would be adopted by someone else. I didn't want my cat terrorized by this alpha and refused to doom him to a lifetime of that. So I left with a very bitter taste and when I got home looked up reviews that confirmed it was a shelter to avoid. If you go here, BE CAREFUL!!! The poor cats/kittens that end up here have no choice, but personally I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! read more

This is the coolest rescue I have ever visited! Great facilities, great variety of available pets, and great staff. I discussed my situation of a home with them and found 2 awesome cats that fit well and I loved. I could only take one at this time but when I can adopt another I will certainly try here first. Prior to coming here I visited 6 different shelters/rescues. My new kitten is getting along great with my dogs and is perfect with my four year old. I loved that she was already spayed and healed up and current on rabies as well as the other shots, so I don't have to do that. They also come microchipped which is wonderful! read more

They offer events like "crafting with cats", where the public is invited to come and hang out with the resident cats and work on little craft projects that will then be donated and sold at an upcoming "yard sale" (people can drop off items for the shelter to sell as well), and all proceeds go to help the Rescue. Disappointed would be an understatement! My grandson had been promised his own kitty on his 12th birthday, since he wad 6 years old. Finally, the day arrived! Talk about excited! We were at the front door when they opened at noon. We were prepared with our adoption papers already filled out, a cat carrier, a soft blanket he picked out & his birthday money in hand. He spent a good hour, mostly on the floor, holding, petting and talking to many kittens and adult cats. He believed the cat would "pick him". Finally, he decided on a sweet, purring female. We went to the front desk & let one of the staff members know. She said we were 3rd in line for processing, so it'd be a little bit. She had us write down the kittens name on top of our adoption paperwork & hand it to her. We sat for about 30 minutes, waiting patiently. Eventually both of us were getting hungry (approx 1:30 pm) so we asked how much longer and they said they were sorry it's taking so long, they needed to take care of some fosters who were waiting too. No problem, we will run & grab something to eat & be right back. She handed us our paperwork & said ok. We quickly drove to the nearest McD & headed right back. When we went back inside, we asked how the processing was going and she said slow. *sigh* We decided to go check on the kitten, while waiting. There was a sweet lady in the kitten room, holding our chosen girl. We smiled & mentioned how excited we were to be adopting her. She looked surprised & said she was adopting this one. We double checked the name on the make shift collar & went to the front desk again. "Sorry, you lose your kitten of choice when you leave." We weren't told this! Lots of sorry's, but nothing they can do now. :( So, after some hugs to my grandson & pep-talk, he started his search again. He found another! We begin the "processing" again. Waiting, waiting. Finally, we're called into the adjoining room, for the interview. Please, keep in mind, I've fostered kittens for RMFR. I'm VERY comfortable with all things cat or kitten. As a matter of fact, I've adopted from them! But the line of questioning from the woman across the table felt more like interrogation. I could feel my blood pressure rising. What's going on? Why does it feel like she's trying to intimidate me? After several questions, she gets up & walks away. Im guessing we're done? We look around, don't see her & go back to the waiting room with our cat carrier on our laps & wait. I assured my grandson it's just because they're so busy. We watch people leave with their new, adopted cats & smile as they pass us. Then another volunteer woman comes up to us and says, "we think you should adopt 2 kittens, so they can play with one another." What? No thanks, we only want one. She smiles & leaves. We wait. The original interview lady comes back & takes on the personality of a used car salesman. High pressure to take 2! She reminds me that cats are nocturnal & they will keep me up between 1 am - 3 am. If i adopt 2, they'll entertain themselves! I reeeeeeally feel the pressure. I even called home to ask about adopting two. When we reiterate we still want just one, they say no. No to just one kitten!! WHAT?!* No adoption was made! We left. It was 4:30 pm! My grandson was quietly crying. read more

This is a truly incredible place. When I heard about a cat shelter that was no-cage and let the cats roam free, I knew i had to check it out. When my boyfriend and I went, I was so impressed that all the cats (except for sick ones or brand new ones) were out of cages and hanging out in all their different rooms. For the amount of cats the shelter houses, it is incredibly clean and well-kept. None of the cats looked mangy, hungry, or poorly cared for. The fact that RMFR is no-kill is amazing as well. A volunteer I spoke to said that a few cats have lived out their lives at the shelter without being adopted. I'm sure other shelters in the area can't say the same thing. It's amazing that cats who haven't found their forever-home with a family can still have one at the shelter. Volunteers are also incredibly knowledgable about all the cats there and gave us so much information on the cat we took home yesterday. I HIGHLY recommend adopting from here. read more

Cage-free cat sanctuary/adoption center with open visiting hours It's a top-quality no-kill cat sanctuary as well as a human-friendly cat adoption center. Most of the cats can roam free, and they get good food and medical care. The shelter is open every afternoon except Wednesday, so you can drop in anytime and find a friendly cat or three to hang out with. No appointment needed. RMFR is also a good place to volunteer. I feel like the work I do there makes a difference in the lives of the cats. read more

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I adopted two kittens from this center through Petsmart. Within minutes of taking the kittens to our home we realized they were sick- one kitten was sneezing constantly and had eye boogers and the other was extremely thin and refused to eat. Both kittens were given to us with the note that they were litter box trained but they were having diarrhea all over the house. We tried calling the center for advice and but they were extremely rude and no help. The vet shares the same concerns about our cats from this shelter as we do. This entire process has only been all within a week. Beware if you choose to adopt from this center. read more

My husband and I came here nearly 5 years ago to specifically adopt a cat that was older and maybe unadoptable. We chose a 7 year old tabby who had just had all his teeth pulled as a result of stomatitis. Yes, we incurred some expense due to dental care and our little guy was also placed on prescription food and medication for his condition. We brought him back from a skinny little thing to a thriving, active cat. He recently succumbed to kidney failure and we had an in-home service come to our house and allow him to pass peacefully with the people who loved him. He brought us so much joy and was the best pet ever. We miss him dearly but do not regret for one moment bringing him into our lives. The Feline Rescue does a great job caring for those animals that others may deem unwanted. We opened our hearts to one of those animals and received more love and joy than we ever expected! read more

We adopted a 3-4 month kitten from this place to the tune of $160. He was newly neutered and adorable. We quickly fell in love with him. We had him for two weeks during which time he kept tearing fabric items up and eating fabric - anything he could find. I called a vet who said it is a condition probably caused from being weaned too early and could not be cured. After he tore the carpet from his perch, tore the corner out of a pillow and started on the arms of our furniture, we realized he had a very real problem. I called the RMFR and was questioned rudely and told to just bring him back. We didn't feel like we had a choice. I sobbed all the way to returning him with a broken heart. When I arrived, a surrender form was thrown at me by the manager. I couldn't hardly see to complete it due to tears. They took him away and never even communicated with me. I was later told there was nothing wrong with him and that I couldn't have a refund. The rudeness and lack of empathy toward people at this place is very sad. They don't care about anything but money. I still can hardly believe this happened to us by people who had no concern for our loss or the chance to replace our little guy. Rude staff. I called with a few questions about the process for putting a cat up for adoption and the lady on the phone with an attitude asked me why I was only going to give up one cat instead of both my cats. When I explained I already have another cat, a large dog, fish and a baby on the way she then said "why not get rid of both cats then". She was very rude and when I asked her what her name was she wouldn't tell me. I also asked to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me! I called back a couple days later to speak with a supervisor & the supervisor was also disrespectful. It makes me very sad that I was treated this way considering I've been going to this place ever since I was 3 years old (22) with my Mother who volunteered here & passed away in April. This was her favorite place. And if it wasn't for that I'd give this place a one star rating. It's really too bad because it's a great place for cats but it's the people that are ruining its reputation. read more

This place is the most filthiest rescue I've ever been to. At that time, I thought to myself-- oh wow thank goodness Im gonna rescue a kitty out of there. I rescued a four month old kitty on nov 11th and she died tonight from FIP due to this filthy place. She had an internal bleeding and fluid in her stomach and symptoms were upper respiratory signs (sneezing) or diarrhea..she had exactly that when I adopted her. I tried to save her and tried to give her all the meds and love. only had her for a three weeks and half. She went into a seizure and then coma-- had to put her to sleep. My heart is broken into pieces. So...my point is, this place needs to be inspected!!!! The kitties there are very unhealthy and it's such an unsanitary place. Get all of the kitties OUT of that filthy place and shut down that goddamn place. read more

I'm giving a one star review because I went from having an OK experience, to finally going downhill in to a terrible one. My story is very similar to Malissa H's, it seems the staff is terribly overprotective of their cats. The moral of my story is: if you have an Emotional Support Animal letter from a certified counselor or therapist and you want a kitten, don't even think about going here. Some background: I have previously lived with 4 cats over a 20 year span, from my childhood to adulthood. All 4 had a loving home. I know how to handle cats. Recently, due to minor mood problems, I got an ESA letter from my counselor so that I could get a cat to improve my mood from day to day. It would allow me to avoid the fees of having a pet from my landlord. After hours and hours of research of how to train, care, and understand cats and kittens (much of it refresher), I decided I wanted to try to adopt a kitten. I knew going in that kittens took more work to care for, and needed more bonding time. I had the time. I had gone to this shelter once before. The cats seemed well cared for and had large spaces to stay in, with some in cages. I had a good experience and the staff seemed friendly enough. I could ask questions about the shelter and about the cats I saw. Then several weeks later, I went to the shelter after getting my letter with the intention of finding and adopting the right kitten. I ended up spending hours in the kitten room, and finally fell in love with two siblings, and decided it wouldn't be a stretch to adopt a second. They closed for applications thirty minutes before closing time, so I was told I could fill out a paper application at home. They have a policy of not "holding" kittens for others, which I was fine with; I was able to come in the next day at opening to bring my application in. IMPORTANT: I asked if it would help the process if I told them who I wanted to adopt, and due to their policy the lady I spoke to basically said no it wouldn't help, so I decided it didn't matter and I didn't. I went home. The next day, I showed up right when the shelter opened and said I wanted to apply for two kittens. I spoke to Paige (who recognized me from the day before), who asked which ones so I told her. Paige: "Oh, we took those two to PetSmart." I immediately felt wronged. Maybe it would have helped if I gave them their names after all! So Paige said I could go to PetSmart to apply for them; she did not take my application. So I drove 20 minutes to PetSmart. I arrive at PetSmart and asking about adoptions, I am received by an employee and explain the situation. I see the kittens there. To rewind a bit, they had LOTS of kittens at the shelter the day before. They just so happened to pick the very kittens that I was interested in adopting and sent them to PetSmart, and I saw no other kittens from RMFR at PetSmart. The employee says he knows nothing about my interest in the kittens (I called the store prior), and just seems generally confused. He asks if I submitted an application to the RMFR. No! Because Paige didn't ask to see it! So I tell him that, and he said that the director at RMFR, Carrie, makes the decisions about the cats that are sent to PetSmart, so he takes my application and calls her. He comes back and says I was DENIED based on mentioning Emotional Support Animal in my application. Note that RMFR has not read a single word from application, but only from what the employee told them. I was able to call Carrie, and while on the phone also spoke to Paige and very politely I tried to see if there was anything I could do or if we could talk about it. Carrie said no, and when I talked to Paige she said she only listens to the director. I was also shocked and angry to hear this condescending remark from Paige, "kittens take a lot of time and energy to raise," as if I had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into, as if maybe I was crazy and would be a danger to the kittens. I get sent 20 minutes to PetSmart (further away from my home) only to be denied. There was literally nothing I could do, they blanket deny people kittens if there is any mention of those three words above. If you read other reviews, you will see that people get denied for other very similar reasons. Any mention of allowing cats to go outside or of a previous declawing of a cat from decades ago will result in an outright denial, and there is NO CHANCE for anyone to explain themselves. So if you want a cat or a kitten, don't divulge too much information or just outright lie on your application. read more

if you like sitting down on a floor, saying, "WHO WANTS SOME LOVIN'?" and getting bombarded by cats, this is the place for you. i've been such a cat lady since the age of 2, so naturally, i love this place. it's basically a cat shelter, chock full of cats and the people who love them. adopting a cat is at most $70 dollars, and believe me, had i had $70 when i went there, i'm sure i'd be snuggling a new kitty right now. okay, so why i love it. with a gajillion cats, the shelter welcomes walk-in volunteers, and by "volunteer", i mean you get to play with cats for as long as you like (or, between the hours of noon and four). they have a room of cats diagnosed with FIV (like HIV but with feline) which breaks my stupid little heart but is such a good thing for them to do. most of the cats here are vying for attention (unlike my stupid cat who wouldn't cuddle me even if i was covered in salmon) and if you don't mind being covered in cat hair (which made me super sneezy) it's totally awesome. so i get it. not everyone has a freakish love for cats like i do, but if you do, it's a good thing to do. maybe leave your wallet in the car though, to avoid any impulse cat adoptions. OR adopt one! up to you! read more

Beautiful free range facility. I loved this place so much that I signed out a volunteer application and was told I would hear back in a couple days... I NEVER WAS CALLED. Two weeks later I then emailed asking about adoption options, I could see that my message was read but NO RESPONSE. I love Animals so much (that I don't even eat meat) and I want another furry friend without buying one from the store but how do they expect to find these beautiful Animals homes if they have their nose too high. I never bring up the race card but I truly hope this wasn't a factor for neither response. read more

Extremely rude staff. Didn't want to help at all. Refused to basically even talk to me because I wanted a younger cat for my current cat to play with. They said my current cat was too old, yet they've never interacted with my cat. They assumed he was a relaxed cat, which is the opposite. He is VERY active and needs a younger active cat to play with. They had a very nasty attitude towards me for zero reason. I walked out in tears because I just lost my older 11.5 year old cat who I had since she was a kitty, and my younger male cat is lonely now. Horrible place. read more

This is a wonderful no kill cat shelter. It is virtually cage free and they have a wonderful enclosed yard in the back. They do not put down animals due to space or health issues. If you are considering adopting, volunteering or donating please consider this great little shelter! read more

Very nice and easy adopting our cats! They set us up to visit our kittens at their foster home and took great care of them when they got pan leukopenia prior to their adoption. kittens came home and did not get sick in their new environment. Adopting through the rescue also provided us with a free first vet appointment through the connect for care program. read more

We were filling out paperwork to adopt a tabby kitten when another couple walked in and said they wanted to adopt him, so they lady with pink hair who was helping us with our paperwork said sorry, took the cat, and gave paperwork to the other couple to fill out to adopt him. Terrible service and terrible judgment on her part. Seriously, who does that? If I could rate less then 1 star, I would. It's a great compound, but the pink haired lady is the absolute worst service I've ever had. 0/10 read more

Cage Free (love) . I appreciate that the cats can go outside and lay in the sun or climb a tree. I have been here many times to visit the kitties or drop off donations. The staff knows their cats well. I went in looking to adopt, but had to be mindful of existing pets in the home. The staff was able to match me with Toby, who has been a blessing. He had the right disposition to immediately fit in. read more
