He listened carefully to the issues I had detected, and offered to come out and take care of both for a very fair price that was far less than my former HVAC service company. Justin arrived on time, did the most thorough tune-up and check of my furnace I've ever seen, then dug into the details of my Aprilaire steam humidifier to make sure our assumptions about the issue were correct. Long story short, he cleaned a ton of grit out of the unit and the pump, which no other company had even noticed, put everything back together, and we let it run to see if that would allow it to function normally again. Amazingly enough, it did and it is now operating perfectly. I was able to return the unneeded expensive part I had purchased just in case, and my 10-year-old humidifier is working like it is new again. And he did all of this for a very fair price and was patient with all my questions to boot. As a result, I cannot recommend Justin's HVAC Services enough. I will be turning to him in the future for a new water heater and any repair needs I may have. I'm so grateful for his honest approach, quality work, and friendly manner.
