It's fairly easy to get to, not too far from 25. As I was there for a special event, parking in the lot was not possible. They had someone out front directing us to an overflow parking area. Walking in I was impressed how comfortable the area was. A front desk and general waiting area, that led right into the main workout area. There was seating set up to accommodate a large crowd. They definitely made good use of the space. Not doing CrossFit myself, I wasn't familiar with all of the setup. On the left side of the room (when you walk in) they had lots of metal structures for pull ups and chin ups, and also had a lot of hanging pull up handles too. Looking around the room I saw ropes hanging from the ceiling, and lots of weights, ropes, and other equipment. It wasn't until I went to leave I saw all the weight equipment in the back corner. Everything looked in good working order (if not a bit intimidating ).

The method focuses on very slow and controlled movements to activate specific muscle groups and create a shake, similar to Pilates but also its own thing. I like that every move has a challenge and modification to make it easier, so that everyone can participate in the guided workout! Their 4 for $40 offer for newbies is a great deal (just remember to use them within 14 days of your first class!) and their social media pages have a ton of info readily available. I wish that they were more on top of enforcement for mask wearing for coaches and participants. They do ask you to wear a mask when coming in, but coaches seem to not respect it (pulling it away or pulling it down their face to talk) and this spills over to participants.
