Had a check engine light come on in our 2012 Ford F350. The error code we were getting indicated…read morethere could be something wrong with the fuel injection system. Had no idea what this meant other than it was recommended to not drive the truck until it could be seen by a mechanic. Spoke with Mason, who explained how the diagnostics on this type of error code works, and that a solution was not always easily identified. While it took two weeks to get into them to have the truck looked at, they were unable to find anything wrong at this time. He explained how these systems work and why it can be hit and miss as well as why you can get an error code, and in fact nothing be wrong. They could have charged us a huge diagnostic fee, they could've recommended parts we didn't need, and frankly, we would not have known better. We are from out of state and this was our only vehicle. The bottom line is the charges for the diagnostic were incredibly reasonable, the explanation and understanding of how the diesel fuel injection system works in dummy terms was great. I felt we could confidently drive our truck away as well as take it back if there were recurring issues and pay for further labor charges only if necessary. I would absolutely recommend this business. I felt we got amazing communication, great service, and frankly, very reasonable fees for what we were dealing with at this time. I would wait another two weeks if I had to in order to bring my vehicle back here if needed.

I wasn't informed that if I changed to have a CD player it needed to be tethered to have Apple CarPlay. They willingly swapped out the unit for just Bluetooth and backup camera. However on my drive back to Washington several of the speakers in the car didn't work. Marty told me that I needed to change out some speakers however the driver side door speaker is intermittent. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunately I'm 500 miles away so I can't take it back. I'm very disappointed. The rule is make sure everything works before you leave. And test it multiple times.
