I looked at a car online from this company and I use that word lightly. I called to find out the availability and told them that I was ready with money in hand but I wasn't going to pay the administration fees or the dealer prep fees. So Tom who I spoke to said he would speak to Justin and he would get back to me with the numbers. I called at 9 this morning and at 3 this afternoon I called to speak to Tom and he said Justin hasn't gotten back to me yet. So I told him I thought that was bad business and that he could keep his car and his business. I'm so glad I found out how they really are because there is no way even if they were the last car dealership on the planet that I would ever do business with them! They are insensitive, rude, unprofessional and apparently money mongers. Don't waste your time! read more

Ernie was fantastic! Bought myself a 2005 Chevy Equinox on Thursday and had a flawless experience. When I arrived for the test drive on Wednesday the car had a dead battery, condensation in the headlights, a headlight out, and the front tires were in rough shape. Within 24 hours Ernie had everything replaced for me and the car looks brand new! I even took the car today (Saturday) to my mechanic to have them do a full inspection and they passed it with flying colors (minus the small things like air filters). After receiving my vehicle I had multiple issues wrong with it. First it was the transmission and then the A/C condenser and now the engine light is on. They offered to fix the issues but in the mean for each situation it was in the shop for a week and being a full time employee and student it has made everything more complicated with paying uber/lyft and catching rides with family and friends. I feel like the company should sell reliable ride for individuals/families. I asked if they could provide a loaner or switch me into another vehicle but nothing was accommodated.
