However, the agent informed me that in order to activate the card and change the PIN number, I would need to call the number stated on the information paper she provided. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go through this process instead of doing it at the bank, but I accepted it. I rarely use my debit card since I prefer using my credit cards for points and rewards. A few days later, I decided to call the number she had given me, but to my surprise, it did not work. The number appeared to be disconnected. When I attempted to contact their customer service, unfortunately, I received a recorded message that says it was outside of their operating hours, and I was unable to receive any further assistance. I don't have a lot of confidence in a bank that can't even get their phone numbers in order. Due to this frustrating experience, I'm inclined to leave a one-star rating.

I asked if the payment schedule could be made to my pay dates since I was working full-time but I was told that it could not be made to any pay schedule other than my daughters however once she did switch her job to the full-time job she would be able to contact the finance company and change your payment car payment schedule. My daughter made her first payment and when asking about switching dates the representative for CSA very rudely let her know she got a bad salesperson who lied to her and also told her the payment schedule could not be changed for 6 months. I just felt this goes beyond a bad salesperson because I was present for these questions and not only did two salesman give me this info directly but also the finance manager as well. My daughter got her car but to what expense because now she must figure out how to schedule payments a week early as do I being the co-signer. I had a horrible experience with Speedy Cash I got a loan…read moreof $300. in September 1st 20019 On my first payment on August 1 I go to the Speedy Cash store to make my first payment and here I'm finding out that my account was frozen and they couldn't get into my account in the SYSTEM and to my understanding they say that I was late making my payment!!!!! REALLY !!!!!!! I said how do you consider it being late when August was my first payment and I just got the loan in September, I spoke with the corporate and the said that they were suing me for being late.... so every time I made my payment of $ 55 For August , and September, I had so many issues making the payment because my account was frozen, on October 1 just today I tried paying the whole balance off and I'm still I'm having a hard time with them to take my payment, so I had to wait the next day for the store to call the main office to except my payment, because that's the only way they can accept my payment.. So I just ended up paying the whole balance off with the Speedy Cash Loan Company and with them trying to falsely sue me with no actual cause... I just want to aware people be very careful when getting loans with Speedy Cash Loans , or any other loan places, so far Alliied Cash Loan , I have not had any issues with them...... After a major accident that totaled my car, I found myself back on the market for my next vehicle…read morepurchase. I was very leary of purchasing pre-owned as I have heard so many horror car buying stories of shady salesman, selling faulty vehicles and lacking clarity about the true vehicle condition, so I started my research. It took me close to a month of research, before I found a preowned dealership that still honored integrity. I knew the cars I was interested in and found my way to Goldie's. I was working with another dealership, as I had been pre-approved, but let me tell you what made the difference.. the service at Goldie's ! Through text and email, John, my sales-friend, (I call him) was so relatable and communicative. Walking in I have to admit is pretty cool, in the show room they had a old school IMMACULATE Corvette, a skew ball machine, and arcade games it felt unlike any other dealership I had walked in. The owners son greeted me and asked if I needed anything and to let him know if I did! He was the sweetest teenager. When they say Goldie's is a family business they really mean it ! I was working with John and let me tell you he was so transparent and honest it was like a breath of fresh air. I had considered other vehicles they had but he talked me through the maintenance cost, resale value and common mechanical issues each of the cars I had considered. Once I settled on a vehicle he was able to check for me the maintenance records as well as reviewed the carfax report with me. When I took the car for a test drive he told me to take my time get to know the car and make sure it was right for me. I never felt pressured to purchase. I was having a horrible time in dealing with the insurance payout of my previous vehicle and John was very empathetic in understanding my situation. He had set expectations before I came that with the insurance payout being delayed I may not be able to take the vehicle the vehicle home. I was thrilled with the no pressure atmosphere, and just came to take a look at the vehicle in person, with zero expectation to buy. John and his manager worked magic. I did in fact decide to purchase my vehicle and was able to take it home, there is a small cosmetic issue that I requested to have repaired and he called immediately and got the approval to get it taken care of. I'll be returning later this week to have that completed. I'll keep you guys posted after the service appointment. I had a great experience and I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and, I felt like my business was valued, my concerns were heard and they've made a lifelong customer out of me !
