I bought a replacement glass top for my Puffco Peak for $99, and when I got home I noticed that it was different from the one I had. I suspected that the glass was counterfeit, as the bottom was missing the Puffco logo and serial number, and the air holes were smaller and off-center. I returned to the store to question if it was authentic. The employee, Jose, was rude and dismissive as he told me the glass was legit. He refused my refund. I then went to another smoke shop down the street, who also had the glass, except they had it for $80 - as it is on Puffco.com. This one was authentic: serial number and logo in place, holes perfectly centered. The employee at this store took one look at the other piece and said "yeah, that's fake." I bought the legit glass from this shop. I then returned to Light It Up with both the counterfeit glass and the new legit top and presented them to the employee. He was still rude, dismissive, accusatory, and insisted the product he sold me was authentic. I requested a way to get in contact with the owner and was denied. The employee then called the police to escort me from the store. I'm honestly appalled. I was scammed and then treated like a criminal just for trying to get a simple refund. Buyer beware is an understatement. UPDATE: I received a refund for the item. When I tested the item, it leaked water. Thank god I didn't use it on my Puffco. read more

I would like to say that during times like these that we are living under Covid, my boyfriend and I went to bring the smoke shop business and this gentlemen who appeared to be the owner yelled at another customer for attempting to pay with their EDD card! It was absolutely disgusting to see how he yelled at the individual saying "take your shit card out of my business. I do not accept unemployment cards" Instead of being grateful for people coming to bring him business he was quick to belittle a paying customer. Jose & the other guy (I didn't get his name) were so dope, welcoming, & friendly! I walked in today with a budget of $120. Jose helped me out & picked a beautiful lavender bong within a few minutes. The service here is fast & easy! They're both super easy going & personable. I told him I was also interested in buying a new bowl piece as well! He brought out 2 plastic containers and a decorative bowl piece thingy that held a bunch of different bowl pieces. I found the one for it & Jose agreed with me as well, saying that it's a perfect match. This shop is super cool & has a bunch of different pieces you can purchase for a good price.
