The Friday night buffet is BBQ, and following a week of Great Smokies's dining, we were eager to enjoy "German style" meals. Brisket was better than southern; pulled pork had no flavor; ribs were burned; great salad bar; very few veggies. Rustic-style hotel located within the Sauder Village complex, featuring an indoor pool with a waterfall, complimentary hot breakfast, and charming timber-frame architecture. The owner of this establishment defiantly shows his support for the troops. Even if you are paying full price the rooms aren't a bad deal.
