100% satisfied with the cleaning services Rodriguez Cleaning provided for me this week. Contacted them for carpet cleaning. The company was responsive and the technician that arrived (Chris) was on time, thorough & courteous. Had some dog urine smell on my brand new carpet in the basement. They cleaned the areas (450 square feet were handled) for $180. There was an extra $30 charge for each particular area that needed extra smell cancellation. While Chris was here, he offered to give an air duct cleaning estimate. I was happy this was offered as I am very allergic to dust mites and we were told previously that our ducts couldn't be cleaned due to the structure of our vents. We have lived here 27 years, so the ducts were really dirty. Rodriguez uses air to clean, not brushes, so they were able to clean. It was $550 to have the ducts cleaned, but it was worth every penny. It took an extra hour to clean them due to the amount of dust. Chris cleaned up all around the vents and the floors. I wish I had the video Chris showed me of how dirty our vents were. I contacted Rodriquez Cleaning regarding an appointment to clean two area rugs. Candy was extremely helpful and asked if I could provide the sizes and the material. I gave her the dimensions and material of the rugs and she provided a price quote. We schedule a time for pick up of the rugs and a representative arrived as scheduled. He removed the rugs and advised they would be returned in two weeks. Two weeks later Candy called to tell me the rugs were ready and again we established a date and time for delivery. Darion arrived early @ 9:00 am in a new logo'd van, uniform and all the necessary covers to protect my home & COVID. I found him to be very professional and concerned about doing a good job. He was running a little behind for the appointment, but got in and out quickly and was obviously concerned about my personal property. I had him do two rooms and I am very pleased. My father's house needed the carpets cleaned badly, and I needed it to happen without drama, I needed it to be done well, and I needed it done quickly. I've heard many horror stories about carpet cleaning services ripping people off and trying to upsell, so I wanted to ensure that didn't happen to me. After looking at many websites and reading reviews on various sites, I chose Rodriguez Cleaning Service because the woman on the phone was clear about what the minimum is, how the day would go once the service person arrived, and how the cleaning procedure worked. On top of her efficiency and knowledge about her product, she was also kind when I explained that I was hiring a service to clean carpets in my father's house because he is in palliative care and there have been spills and blood and accidents during this difficult time. They sent their technician Jeanette, who arrived promptly at 11:30, as promised. She was positive, upbeat, and flexible. She quickly surveyed the rooms and affirmed the quote. She never tried to push me to purchase additional services, which I appreciated. Rodriguez cleans carpets the way I expected them to: They used a water source and ran a hose from outside. The apparatus used hot water, saturated the carpets, and pulled out all of the dirt, grime, urine and other general nastiness. She invited me to inspect the work, and when I did, I saw that the places I pointed out were clean. She warned us that the carpets would be a little wet, and that they would be wetter on the trouble spots that she went over repeatedly. She used a fan to blow air as she packed up, which helped. She also asked permission to open windows and turn on ceiling fans. The carpets were damp, but not soggy. The whole experience was a good one, and I feel like the money we paid was fair and absolutely worth it. I can absolutely recommend Rodriguez, and I suggest you request Jeanette if you possibly can. The commercial was my first introduction and then when googled top carpet cleaning in Louisville, KY - Rodriguez was one of the Top Three that surfaced. I prefer to use a smaller local company when possible. Specifically, had a room where a cat had been relieving herself (office) for quite some time. The owner, Dayron, came prepared with a black light and moisture measure stick...and carefully surveyed the room, showed me where the trouble spots were, etc... There was too much damage in this room and was appreicative with his honesty. However, he was able to clean and odorize to a certain extent. Also, two other bedrooms were cleaned due to normal foot traffic. He thoroughly explained his entire process. All (3) rooms look great! Maria called the following day to ensure all was good.
