I met this company three weeks ago at the Lynn Market Square here in downtown and I bought a peace lily. I liked it so much. I want to go buy another one. I like how they prep it and put it with water in a vase. Such a great look at my high-rise. I love it.! The customer service again is top-notch. Sydney was the best. The space they have here is one of the most peaceful nice places you'll ever visit. The energy here is good and real! I'm gonna make this one of my go to places to get flowers, and things of that nature. The easiest five star review I've done in a long time! I had issues with trees in which the PLASTIC "chains" broke as well as the wooden stakes that just split in half. I asked Cathleen (co-owner) if they could come out and re-stake the trees because of the broken stakes/chains. It had only been a few months since they were planted. I also sent her pictures of the broken stakes/chains and showed that the trees were now growing crooked since nothing was holding them in place. She was going to charge me $210 to replace THEIR broken chains/stakes on 2 trees. She claimed that the warranty didn't cover damage due to a storm. I asked what storm she was referring to and she replied, "It doesn't have to be a named storm, could be just bad weather, like heavy winds or rains." What? I told Cathleen I was disappointed, especially since it was well within the warranty period and the fact that I spent a LOT of money there. I had also referred other people there (which I won't do again). Her only response was, "If you'd like me to send you a copy of the warranty, I would be glad to do that. The warranty states that we don't cover weather situations." So keep this in mind if you think you're actually getting a warranty there!

Every single time I go I find incredibly unique items. They have all of the standard bedding plants, trees, shrubs, roses, etc. What sets this place apart is ALL of the rest. I have found something here literally every time that I have never seen before. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and my plants have always been healthy and happy. If I had a truck I'd be bringing home even more things. You can find 7-15' trees and shrubs for about an incredible value. Their standard bedding plants are $2.49. They do have a large variety of pots, garden accessories, water fountains, etc. For our native plant garden enthusiasts you will find everything you need here, including native milkweed. I have never had a problem with the service. But you do need to go and ask if you have questions or need help. They have always been great to me. If you are used to someone following you around to shop, just understand that won't happen here. I also frequent Warren's, they are lovely, it's simply a different experience. Do: Come early, it's huge and you'll want to take your time. Wear your gardening shoes, the paths are wet and have soil on them. Ask if you have a question or don't see a price sticker. Bring your water and prepare accordingly for outside temps in TX. No, they do not have a restroom. Which is NOT uncommon with our local nurseries. Just plan accordingly and you will be so thrilled you did. The driveways are easy to miss, go very slow on the approach. There are two driveway/entrances and two parking areas. There is ample parking, it just looks a bit daunting at first. This is truly a rare gem. It has everything you could want for all of our hearts desires.
