He assured me that that he would take the flowers to her on his way home ( since she would be getting off late). He did that, left it at the front desk and made sure it got to her. The gentleman who answered the phone was absolutely wonderful--kind, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. He assured me he would personally deliver the flowers to the hotel on his way home so they would be waiting for her. He followed through exactly as promised, left them safely at the front desk, and made sure they reached her. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the customer service was truly exceptional. It's rare to find a business that goes above and beyond like this. I can't thank them enough for making my friend's day so special. I highly recommend them!

The team had a positive attitude and greeted me with a handshake and a friendly smile first thing this morning. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and they treated all of my home, furniture, and belongings with respect. After…read morerealizing I was in need of hardwood floor maintenance and a carpet overhaul, it soon became clear that I had no experience in this arena, so it made sense to find a professional who did. Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options. While it feels like a premium job for obvious reasons, I value quality service and execution, which is what I ultimately got by hiring Floor Coverings International.
