CERAMIC COAT: Wanting to preserve the integrity of our Honda Element's body, we decided to invest in a ceramic coat. That service includes washing, polishing, ceramic coating paint & trim. The vehicle's trim also receives a special coating to help protect it from Mother Nature as well. It was a world of difference once Tyler was finished working on it! MINI-DETAIL: Our Jeep already has a factory Ceramic coating, and The Mini-Detail Package helped renew its look of newness to the vehicle. Since the vehicle is only about a year old, the damage really bothered me. After spending a lot of time browsing Yelp and Google for a detailer who could help reduce or remove the etching, I came across Will. He was very responsive from the start and even had me drop off the vehicle so he could test a small area first. The test results were impressive, with almost all of the etching removed, so I scheduled an appointment drop off. I dropped off the 4Runner, and the work was completed in just two days. Will is extremely knowledgeable and operates out of a very cool facility filled with collectible cars and interesting projects. Most importantly, the results exceeded my expectations. About 90-95% of the tree sap etching was removed without having to go through a more aggressive sanding. I was very happy with the outcome from the two step paint correction. I highly recommend Will to anyone looking for paint correction or detailing services. He's professional, knowledgeable, and delivers great results. Full disclosure: I received a coupon for a free wash & vacuum courtesy of my Tesla Service Center…read more(since they used to offer complementary washes + vacuums). It now seems that they partner with Elite Express Car Wash. I figured: why not use this voucher? I was pleased that there was an attendant as soon as you pull-up. Granted, he had to ask his manager how to apply the coupon's QR code, but that wasn't a big deal. When you pull up to the entrance of the drive-thru car wash, it's very important to note that if you have a Tesla, you cannot use the car's "Car Wash Mode" for the conveyor belt. You have to shift the car into neutral (apply foot break & gently move the stalk to upward to the Neutral position - if you have a pre-refresh model). I wasn't aware that the coupon included a free vacuum cleaning. Granted, that's on my, but a label on the QR code or even being notified by the attendant would be a nice heads-up. All-in-all, not a bad option, but I prefer to hand wash my baby myself.
