Sketchers have been around for a long time but I think it's because they are such a trusted brand and they make great shoes! It's amazing to see how far they've come with their styles and that their quality is just as good. Welp, as soon as my bf and I stepped inside, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed any help. The area was very clean and organized. There weren't many people inside the store which was nice because it wasn't super busy. My bf was looking for good work boots and he found some great pairs! They had an awesome sale going on so he got two pairs of boots for a really good price. To be honest, it's shocking to see others reviews talking about the poor customer service because I hadn't experienced that the last couple of times i was here. The one male employee that was here was eager to help and nice and friendly. We found what we needed at a decent price and we will for sure be back! I highly recommend this place for those looking for good quality shoes for an even better price! They have every style of shoe you'll ever need so it's worth checking this place out!

Me and daughter was struggling to find youth shoes. We went to them looking for directions, every time we go there and struggle to find them. Finally we figured ourselves and the particular design did not have the size we needed. Again we had to walk to them couple of times to check if something is available in the back. Finally we picked something and checked out. If we are the only customers shouldn't one of them walk over to help us at least after we walked to them 2/3 times. Not a great experience.

Although the quantity is limited somewhat compared to the bigger Footlockers, you could always order a shoe from another nearby Footlocker or you always have the option of having the sales associate calling another store and holding a pair of shoes for you as well. Overall Experience: The overall experience at this store is average. The sales reps are fine depending on who you get. Sometimes I find that some of the sales reps are just constantly chit chatting with other customers/friends of theirs when other customers are waiting for a sales rep for assistance. All in all this Footlocker is good to get in and get out if you know what you want. In addition to the markdowns on the shoes, this location almost always offers an additional percent off of their clearance shoes. Today they had 50% off all clearance shoes. So a shoe that originally cost $110 was marked down to $80, and then was reduced to $40 (50% off). I love this location. They always have a lot of inventory in all sizes. Great selection at great prices. What's not to love? Their staff is always super friendly and very helpful. When you sign up at Converse.com, you get additional perks...like 20% off during your birthday month. (So that $40 shoe described above comes down to $32.) In addition, if you complete your survey (on the receipt), you get $10 off your next purchase. (So that $32 shoe can be $22!) You have to check out this place!

The store owner was a complete jerk and accused her of already picking up the shoe. She then insisted that she had not. The store gave her shoes away and said they had been there for too long. The store has her phone number and never did place a call to her as a reminder. They just gave away her shoes that are worth almost $400 bucks. A call to remind the customer is a reasonable expectation. They never made a call, gave away her shoes and now they lost a customer. I wonder if the store owner sold them and that is his side hustle. I just want nice looking jeans, button down shirts, and 1/2 zip and hoodie sweatshirts to fit right. For awhile, some stores had good clothing for plus size people. Kohl's carried a couple brands that were stylish and fit well, but then they stopped carrying them only to re-introduce those same brands with ill-fitting plus size options. Marshall Field's had a few items which became Macy's, and they had fewer still. The Winston Box, a monthly subscription mail order service boasts a way to find great options for any plus size and truthfully, they never sent items that fit well. However, DXL (a.k.a. Destination XL) has always had options that work well with my body type. I'm a Polo fan and not a big fan or their house brand, Harbor Bay. With that being said, Harbor Bay's t-shirts and jackets are awesome and fit great. DXL always has new options and brings in new brands that offer nice options such as Vineyard Vines, Psycho Bunny, Robert Graham, and more. Lately, I love the Lucky Brand jeans as they fit so well, and recently purchased the softest, most comfortable Vineyard Vines hoodie (actually, wearing both the hoodie and jeans right now). Plus, DXL offers workout closes, casual clothes, dress clothes, suits, shoes, and accessories. Lastly, the Vernon Hills location (close to me) has such a wonderful staff. Over the years, their staff has changed, but they are very friendly and always offer to help you find what you're looking for or are happy to remains hands off and let you do your own shopping. And they remember you whether you frequent them often or your visits are limited to a few times a year. I hardly visit any other store and if they don't have something in their store, they are happy to reach out to other locations to help you find your size and color you desire. I love this place!

Talbots and Brookes Brothers have a good name because you can buy anything the sell. Here, some clothes are dangerous like buying at target or walmart.
