I have requested my complete records back in order to move on to a new provider and I was told that my records now belong to Balin Eye & Laser Center and that I have to request my records in writing and pay $0.50 per page to have them copied before they will release them to me. Dr. Brown was nice but his prescription(s) weren't correct for me and my new glasses are totally useless to me. In addition, the entire office space and exam rooms are outdated and in need of updating at the very least. The patient use rest room had wall paper hanging off the walls and the ceiling fan was filthy with dust when I was last there. Good luck if you choose this eye care center.

Their prices for services not covered by my insurance are much lower than the same service provided elsewhere. The staff is very kind, professional, and competent. They also treat many people with severe disabilities, including non-verbal individuals with significant intellectual impairments. It is very difficult to find dentists willing to treat people with disabilities that prevent them from understanding what a dentist is, why they need to see one, or what is happening while they are there. The staff at Hampshire Family Dental are very kind, patient, and reassuring while working with these individuals and all all the patients who were being treated while I was there. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.

I love NIM and don't know where I'd be without this clinic! It's one of the only allergy clinics in the country that does end-point-titration allergy-therapy, which makes such a big difference in successfully controlling my allergies. (I used to have to fly from Massachusetts to Dallas for end-point titration!) I've suffered in the past with terrible, debilitating autoimmune symptoms, which Dr Lynch--who actually cares, listens and works with me--helped me resolve with natural supplements, dietary adjustments, allergy shots, and minimal medications. The NIM staff is kind and efficient, and I believe it's no accident that there is low staff turnover. Some staff have been there for as long as I've been a patient.
