My appointments were repeatedly canceled, the product needed for the treatment did not arrive on two occasions, the doctor went away on vacation, etc, etc. At my last visit, after waiting an hour for the UPS driver to deliver the product, I specifically asked if the doctor would be there for my appointment the following week and was strongly assured he would be. The day prior to that appointment I received a call to cancel due to the Big E. This business has been around long enough to be well aware of the traffic patterns that are more than a mile away. To receive a cancellation notice at that point was absurd! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Months apart I was assured my money would be refunded. A year after paying for the procedure I am still waiting for my funds to be returned to me. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with Small Claims Court as I have run out of options and patience with this business. They ought to be ashamed of themselves and the way they treat their clients!

I made an appt for skin removal of my upper arms (brachioplasty). I had had an extreme weight loss…read more(100+ pounds) and nothing I could do would help the issue and left me extremely self-conscious especially during the summertime. Dr. Johnson was very professional and kind and listened to my concerns, talked me through the procedure and what to expect. I initially saw her in May and scheduled the actual surgery for January when it would be colder and in between the Christmas and Easter holidays which are my busy times, and I'd have time to recoup and heal prior to the summertime. During the entire process and including post-surgery, all the staff including Carl at the front desk were always very courteous, helpful and responsive to my phone calls or emails. After surgery I had no complications and am healing nicely; minimal fluid for drain output, minimal swelling, and pain was not as bad as I had expected it might be. I was back at work (a desk job) 2 weeks post op, and, as a church musician (piano player) I missed two weekends but attended my first rehearsal at two and a half weeks post op and I was able to play again without issue, which I had been mildly worried about. Actually, I think the hardest part of the whole process was having to sleep in an elevated position and with support of your arms by your side to help the swelling, which as a lifetime side sleeper, made it hard to get as much rest as a would have liked. Although recovery is never fun, I would do this again as I feel like I have a new lease on life, knowing I will no longer have to hide myself and feel embarrassed about my arms. After all the hard work I put into losing weight, I finally feel much better in my own skin. I thank Dr. Johnson for her beautiful work that has impacted me so positively both physically and emotionally.

When I tried to discuss this with the owner, she dismissed my concerns and said she did not see anything wrong. However, it was quite evident to me that my face was uneven. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to address or correct the problem caused by the injector. This was very upsetting for me, and because of this, I cannot recommend Blush Med Spa to others.
