I wanted to have my air ducts cleaned and my furnace serviced and Western Disaster Recovery took care of providing contractors for me instead of my doing all of the coordination. If Ice had called me back they would have an understanding of my situation.

My furnace is 14 yrs. old and I've never had trouble with it. I called the first company for a routine winterization i.e. cleaning and filter replacement. When Bob came out, he said there was nothing wrong with the furnace that a thorough cleaning wouldn't take care of. He also called the manufacturer and found out if there had been a serious issue, the major parts are covered for 25 years!!! Terrible or incompetent that the first company would try and sell me an unnecessary, ultra expensive furnace. BTW, Bob made some minor changes to the filter compartment to make it easier to change the filter in the future. Thank you, Climate Design!!!

DO NOT use or suggest anyone too this company especially the owner Mike he is dishonest…read more This is why I scheduled an appointment for a tuneup/clean up of furnace as well as an inspection of the furnace heater because it wasn't properly turning on Mike the owner stated that my six year old furnace "warranty expired" comes too find he stated my new furnace needed $1500 "in repairs that were needed" to fix he "faulty" furnace. So I payed Mike the owner $125 for the so called "tuneup" and "inspection" job and he went on his way. The next day I called a second company too get a second opinion and comes too find out they told me there was no tuneup done too the furnace at ALL!! Even though I paid Mike the previous day to do so. And that's NOT ALL. The "repairs" mike the owner suggested were "necessary" were false and dishonest according to the other company Terry and Nancy HVAC. So I had to pay a second time to get the job inspected and tuned up right this time. Comes to find out a heat sensor was blocked from the built up of dust that was blocking the heater from turning on which I paid the owner Mike too do so and didn't. The second company also pointed out my furnace had a ten year warranty. But according to Mike it only had a six year warranty that just "expired" which was also dishonest of Mike. Therefore when I tried calling him to confront him twice about this. He would immediately hang up on me. So please do not trust climate design Inc With your furnace needs unless you're willing to deal with untrustworthy behavior and Crooked work of the of this so called "business owner" Mike.
