Its pretty expensive compared to others I have taken my cat too. (and I was told this but they are close) 2. when they called to make an appointment, they called my Cat HIM its a SHE that was not only heart breaking because its my cat, but I would assume treatments and test are not the same for Female cats as males. I only take her in for shots, so after I correct the sex I will prob keep going because its close and they havent been horrible.

Today I stopped by to pick up meds. I am told no one can come inside. Yet, staff is outside with their faces right next to customers open windows with no mask. Inside staff is either not wearing mask or wearing it covering half their face. (I don't much care if you wear a mask or not.) I asked why they are not letting people in and she says, we are behind on whats going on. So, I ask to speak to a vet to learn why no one can come in at this point. She informs me there is no vet on staff. I asked to speak to a manager to express that many people would like to come in with their pets and other vets are relaxing their covid rules. The lady again says there in no manager on staff. At this point they leave me to believe there is no licensed veterinary on staff and they're not allowing owners in because of this fact. Techs are doing the vets job and charging full fee to see a vet vs a tech.

The vet wanted to run 3 different tests for conjunctivitis, and I was able to talk her down to 2 tests. The vet tech told me a rabies vaccination had to be given to my indoor cat as it was a state law. I told her I didn't want my cat getting a vaccination and asked her if it really was a state law and she said yes. I looked it up when I got home and it isn't a state law. When I called back and asked about being told something that wasn't true, it was explained to me that it is a policy in Maple Grove for all pets to be up to date on their rabies vaccination so they enforce that policy no matter where the owner lives since their clinic is located in Maple Grove. She said someone should have told me that when I called to make the appointment - but no one did. They also prescribed an eye ointment/medication that the 3 closest pharmacies to me did not carry, but one of them could order for $260. It took about 2 hours for North Paws to adjust the prescription to the medication the pharmacist recommended and to call it into the pharmacy where I was waiting so I could pick up (I was waiting in the parking lot the whole time and unable to be home to ensure my cat wasn't having an adverse side effect to the unwanted rabies vaccine). If you decide to take your pet here, I would plan to attempt to determine what your pet actually needs versus what they are recommending - it feels like you have to be an advocate for your pet as it appears their focus is on profit, even if that means deceiving the owner.

Honestly, I don't think we could have found a better clinic for our family. All of the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Riggs truly cares for our pets and that is a major relief. We've been to other vet clinics in the past where we were just a number, just another client. When we walk into North Paws we know that our pets will get the love and care they need and even some belly rubs and kisses.

They have great spaces and facilities, but most importantly fantastic caregivers! If you want to go to a place where they know your dog by name when you come in, this is for you. Each boarder's individual needs are met with a smile. Great services like bathing, nail clipping, etc complete the "must have" scorecard. The biggest problem is that they are so good and growing so popular, you better book well in advance or you can't get in!

A flat rate per day but full of the special treatment you should never have to PAY to receive. But truly, in addition to the luxurious accomodations, the staff at ASCCC KNOWS DOGS, and LOVES them when you are away! My pitbull was shy around other dogs at first, so the ASCCC staff monitored her carefully and put her with the calm and low energy crowd until she became comfortable. Because of their knowledge and experience, I can relax knowing that my dog is safe, enjoying herself, and being loved :) And when I asked if they would please cover my pup with her blanket at nighttime...they didn't laugh at me and were more than willing and happy to oblige :) I love All Seasons and I am so grateful to them for caring for my dog! :)
