The clown that answers the phone is an inarticulate, rude, and overall complete jack ass. It's unfathomable a person like this has a job. Apparently, the towing company has been sold and for some reason the previously mentioned "clown" isn't capable of sharing the name of the current or former owner. I need this information to resolve a mistaken lien that was made against a vehicle I had towed as part of an accident. What could be a 30 second issue has turned into a comical odyssey that has resulted me having to get a lawyer. This can't happen in 2024. read more

Do NOT let your car be towed there. My car was towed there after totaled in an accident. Less than 24 hours later, they had filed a lien against the title, and then would not release the plates to me. Now the car is picked up by insurance and no-one knows where the plates are. This place is CROOKED!!! I fear my plates will be showing up on a stolen car next. read more

Had our car oil change at a local dealer. They said the radiator is leaking, and they'll fix it.. for $1200.00 Its only a 550-600.00 repair. But Took it to Rogers instead. I can not say enough great things about Roger's. I have taken my two cars here for several major repairs (catalytic converter replacement and an issue with my brakes), which were needed to pass inspection. This was after receiving outrageous quotes for both repairs (different times) from two major chain repair shops. In addition, one shop indicated additional repairs were needed and the other shop had indicated I needed a complete rear brake job done, which according to Roger's neither were necessary. I come here a couple of times a year for inspection, emissions, repairs, oil change, etc. for my vehicles. Bobby and the gang have it all handled, what ever needs to be done, and for very reasonable prices! Works for me. I can't help laughing at some of the one star reviews. The complaints are not based on quality of the work, but how well the customers are coddled. Sorry kiddies, this is not a BMW dealership with wi-fi and cushy chairs and designer coffee. I came in this morning to find out questions about my brothers car that was damaged and this company towed it. I was very clear and specific on my questions. I think it's important that the customer understands the bill and processing which it involves their car. The cashier was very friendly BUT I spoke to one of the mechanics who was very rude. Shit heads is the best word I can use to describe the mechanic and manager. Very loud and aggressive. They didn't understand my concerns and it felt like they weren't listening. I went here to get my wife's car inspected. After sitting through 4 cars it was my turn. I noticed the other drivers standing at the bay door to wait for their inspection, but I have a severe back problem and thought I might be able to sit through mine. I noted they had no waiting area, but thought I would just sit on the passenger side. Previous owner's had been asked to get in their vehicles during the inspection, so i figured it was OK. The mechanic came out and said I had to get out. I told him i can't stand that long and needed to sit. he said sit on the curb. Now get this, my windshield wipers are on! It's raining. I said "It's raining and with my back I won't be able to get up, if I can even get down there." I was incredulous at this point. He very rudely said, "I can't help ya", got out of the car and walked away. I have a really strong feeling that my condition would have been handled differently by him if I had a different skin color. read more

Beware of using this company for any service!!!! I had my car towed Saturday night; however, when I picked it up Sunday around noon someone had opened everything in the car leaving it a mess. The bags in the trunk where emptied and the items in my glove box had been gone through. I am a neat person and there is no way a simple tow would have caused my things to be this way. In addition, I had a family member with me to witness this. While still on the property I did a quick search of my belongings in order to determine if anything was missing. I had over $300 worth of shoes in the trunk and my iPhone 6plus and iPod where still there so I thought it was safe to leave. When I got home I did a more thorough search of the car (and in an effort to put my things back together) I noticed that my Burberry sunglasses were no longer in my glove box (where I always store them). On top of that, when I called today (06/08/2015) to ask the owner BOB about the missing property, he rudely hung up on me saying "there is no way"... now is this the type of place you want to leave your car??? I guess this business takes it upon themselves to take advantage of people. I went in for a simple state safety inspection and was told my right brake was low and needed to be replaced and was asked him I wanted them to do the work. I declined and said I'll do it myself. After removing the right wheel I measured the brake and it had plenty of life. I took the car back and wanted a reinspection Sam "the inspector" then measured my brake with a flat tip screw driver and said no it's bad I said show my the numbers on the screw drive that tell you it's bad. He got upset and refused to call it good even though his wrong measurement he gave me was still passing. I ended up having to call Va state police department of inspections and I trooper can down and did the reinspection and my car passed. My brake measured at double what I was originally told. Highly dishonest shop seems to fail inspections to generate revenue for the shop. Here is the number to the va state police inspector for the area if you feel the shop is trying to fail you just to rip you off (703) 803-2622. Today was my first time visiting Roger's Service Center to get my car worked on and I was a little hesitant to try some place other then my normal mechanic but I must say I was very impressed. Bobby was so nice and so helpful. The work was done quick and the prices were very reasonable. Never before have I had to wait in a line in my car, rear poking into ongoing traffic. I should've delved deeper into the reviews of this place on yelp because the first few were extremely positive, I am now wondering if they are fake. I could've looked while in line, fearing for my safety and my car, however there is no cell reception at ROGER'S. They don't offer WiFi either. While in line, I was cut twice. There was a man who appeared to be regulating the line but he'd kinda walk out every 20 minutes and look around and wave people along. Didn't really actually do anything about making sure the line moved smoothly. There was a point where a guy came up behind my car and placed traffic cones??? At that point it was literally impossible to get out of there, for there was a car a few inches in front of me. Roger's also doubles as a convenience store. Interesting because there was no waiting room or parking space for customers of the mechanic shop part of the store. Makes me wonders what the intentions were building this complex. I waited about 30 minutes, (the first ten of which I was about 1/4 of the way in the road behind me, quite scary). I ended up just leaving as soon as the car in front of me inches up enough to allow me to do so. I believe if I had actually waited to simply get an emissions check like I had gone there to do it would've taken at least an hour of waiting (in my running car). Especially because I was cut in line, twice. And it didn't seem like there was much preventing someone else from doing that too. Did not enjoy Roger's. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Cornwell's down the street. I've been there once and I got to wait in an actual waiting room. With my car parked in a secure spot. read more

Today I was referred over to Roger's to help me fix my tire which had a blow out. Billy was the one who approached me when I came in the door and he was a life saver! He got my spare tire on for me and showed me where my old tire had a hole in it. He made what could have been an awful experience super easy for me! I will most defiantly be returning! read more

This place is the worst. Bobby is the rudest. He should not even be a manager. He is terrible. My vehicle was brought there with damage to the back. And left with damage on the side. My mirror is hanging off and dent on my side. Bobby said no cars was by my vehicle. He's a Liar. The appraiser. Has pictures. Cars by my car. So close he couldn't get in on one side. My vehicle was involved in an accident June of 2017. Unfortunately, it was totaled and was towed to Rogers Service lot. The day following the accident we were heading to Florida for vacation. We received no communication from Rogers regarding storage fees or their usual policies and procedures regarding towing/vehicle storage. When we returned from vacation, I called to set up a time to pick up my vehicle and I was told that since it had been longer than 7 days my vehicle had been removed from the lot and no further action would be needed. About a week after this phone call, I received a letter stating that I owed $1200 for storage fees and would continue to accumulate fees at a rate of $50 per day until my vehicle was picked up. Both my husband and I called Rogers as we were told our vehicle had been removed from the lot by one of their representatives, yet that information was false and we were instead accumulating fees we had no idea about. When we attempted to resolve the issue, we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. read more

Roger's is a great shop, I've been taking my cars there for years. They always give me a fair price and do good work. I've had everything done for oil changes, to emissions, to brake jobs done there. I recently got into an accident and got the opportunity to use their tow service, and I can honestly say, it was the most pleasant experience. The tow truck driver was there very quickly and he made sure my car was taken care of. This place is a scam. My wife's car was impounded there for a month. When we picked up the car the side view mirror was pushed in and the tail light had been cracked. No body wanted to answer to this. "Roger" is like a ghost, no phone, no email, no way to talk to him. HONEST and fairly-priced mechanic. I'm a young woman, and some mechanics think that means they can over-charge me, but not these guys. All of them are friendly and they do good work. I have a 2001 SUV with 178k miles on it, and they've done a good job maintaining it. I got my muffler replaced here, and came back when I needed some more maintenance. I thought I needed my drive belt replaced, but they said it just needed adjustment. I really respect that they check out the vehicle and make the repair that's needed, not the repair that's the most expensive. They don't do everything (like alignments), but they can recommend somebody for what you need. I will definitely keep them as my go-to mechanic. read more
