do not bring your car here. 100% scam!! they replace my transmission and cooling system. car broke down the next day with the coolant spraying all over my car because the hose was never put on right. then it took them 3 weeks to fix it. the. they try to charge me 3k in additional work. but everything they did had to do with there previous work. so after waiting 3 weeks. i finally got my truck back after fighting and refusing to pay twice. I take the truck home and the very next day. the truck breaks down. engine over heats. why? they didn't put another hose on right and it leak out. so now I'm in the shop waiting for them to fix it. it's been 2 hrs. they also didn't want to cover the tow truck fee. this place is a joke. a scam! do not bring your truck or car here. they do not have license tech here. just a bunch of cheap labor who claim to know. but they don't. Absolutely horrible. Took my Tahoe in for an oil change and they forgot to fill our truck back up with oil! Then tried to blame Chevy questioning why they put 4 quarts of oil in it. Lastly, they said we had a leaking caliber. But in fact it wasn't. They were looking for more money. Please. Do not trust these people. They do not care about you or your vehicle. Not to mention horrible customer service. They could care- less about how you feel. Or have an compassion to the fact that they messed up. A simple apology would have been nice at this point. My elderly mother bought a used vehicle from this shop. The first time it was put on the highway it didn't make it 30 mins down 95. First the vehicle would not accelerate past 60 mph, then it just stopped in the middle of the highway putting my brothers life in danger. We took the car back to the mechanic for the manager to lie and say it needed an alignment. I then asked one of the employees what does it mean if a vehicle won't accelerate past 60mph, he confirmed that the issue is with the transmission. The manager is a professional liar and scammer. Do not take your vehicle there for any repairs and do not buy any vehicles from the shop. The only thing I could do is prevent more people from falling into this trap. read more

My car was broken and called for service, spoke with Aj who was so patient and trying to understand what is going on (I was a little panic due to I had an appointment), and kindly attempted to coordinate with towing for me, but my car engine started work after 30 min. I called back shop for cancelling the service and towing, spoke with his colleague or manger who was aware of my issue, also he was so nice and saying "it's okay, no problem", I was expecting some hard time but he was also very pleasant! I was recommended this shop by the dealership I recently bought a used car from, the dealership agreed to pay for the repairs and had me contact this shop directly to get the repairs done. I worked in the automotive repair industry for years and I have NEVER seen a shop this shady or unprofessional. First the car was brought in for 3 repairs, a water pump, a sway bar link (causing a clunk in the front suspension) and an oil leak. After having the car for more than a week they gave it back saying it was all fixed. A few days later I looked under the car and discovered they had NOT replaced the sway bar link they charged the dealership for, nor had they done anything about the oil leak. I called them and spoke with Wayne (who said he was the manager...) and I scheduled a time for the sway bar link and came in, turned out the sway bar link was not the source of the clunk in the suspension, which was fine. The shop determined it to be bad strut mounts, so they got approval from the dealership to perform the repair, I was told it would be ready Saturday at 6 pm. After driving 30 minutes out to the shop to pick up the car I was informed it would not be ready until Tuesday and that the strut mounts were not the issue and that it needed struts.....still trying to be trusting I said ok and would wait till Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and I heard nothing from the shop, so I called and Wayne told me the car would not be ready and we would have to wait till Thursday. So again i was trusting and said I would wait till Thursday, well Thursday rolls around and again I have heard nothing from the shop so I called them to which they say we don't have the parts yet and Wayne says he will call me back in 10 minutes. 1 hour later I call him back and he states the car needs strut mounts and struts...even though he previously said multiple times the strut mounts were fine. He then informs me that I will have to pay an additional 150 dollars for the repair on top of what the dealership was paying him. When I began to question this Wayne said to me well you misdiagnosed it as a sway bar so its not my problem and the car will sit on the lift until you decide to pay for the strut mounts. So I went to the dealership and they were appalled at waynes shady behavior and they informed me he had not told them anything about struts until 3 pm Thursday?!?!? (the dealership showed me the call log on the phone so I know they were telling the truth about him not calling) They called him and informed him to replace both the struts and the strut mounts and not try to charge me extra for them. So I pick up the car Thursday (was not ready at 5 as promised) and I inspected the parts they had replaced to find out they did not replace the bushing on top of the strut mount?!? and they did not even put the old ones on they just put the car back together with no bushing or washer on the strut mount. When questioned about it Wayne said it wasn't there when they took it apart.....even though he showed me the old part when I first brought it to him informing me they were bad and needed to be replaced. When I asked him for the old part and I would put it on with a new bushing myself I was informed they lost it and couldn't find it.... Long story short this shop is full of scam artists and clowns who are only trying to get as much money out of you as possible for repairs they did not even do!! They will threaten to not give you back your car unless you agree to pay for the repairs they want to do and will be extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could rate a shop 0 stars I would rate this shop 0 stars, Wayne should not be managing this shop and I think if the owners knew what was really going on here they would be appalled, or at least I hope so. This is my worst experience in my entire life; I gave to these people my car to change my brake rotors and pads, I bought the material needed and everything before visiting. They said I need the rear ones as well, and they promissed to call me back after one hour when the car is done. Three hours later, I call them to know if they fixed everything, they said that the car is not ready and won t be ready since they opened the rear wheels and didn t know how to put them back, so they messed my calipers.
