They're so honest about exactly what you need done, what you can skip that a dealer will try to sell you, and do it all at a reasonable price. Most recently, I brought in my daughter's Jeep Wrangler for an inspection before her Spring Break road trip. Besides noting it was due for brake and filter changes, Angel also noticed an oil leak. Rather than trying to gouge me for a diagnosis, he told me to take it to the dealer and have them diagnose it. Sure enough, it was a damaged oil pan that had to be replaced- under my warranty. Many shops would try to quote you a price and do it, but I appreciate it when these guys tell me to take the cars to the dealers when there's a big problem. Just the best place- I wish more businesses were like this. The world would be a better place: 5 stars, absolutely the best in the business.

Within just three months, the tint faded so badly that it could no longer block out the sun. I tried to get them to fix it, and it took a grueling two years of back-and-forth arguments before they finally agreed to redo the job. When I finally got my car back, they claimed they redid the driver-side window. It looks exactly the same as before. It is completely obvious that they did not change anything at all. They lied straight to my face and scammed me out of $550.

I called these guys, they hooked me up with a tow company and I had the bike brought to them. It was something ridiculously minor and although they are very busy, they had the bike ready to pick up the next day and only charged me a minimal fee!! I guarantee the local Indian dealership not only would have taken forever I'm certain they would have screwed my on the bill.
