I've had some really horrible experiences and I'm sure most of us have considered dentistry to be one of the most challenging professions when it comes to health care. Don't get me wrong, I know there are many high demand and low reward types of health care and in general anyone in the healthcare industry is way under appreciated. Really, when you go to the dentist you have to accept the fact that they are usually in damage control mode because people (me) don't establish better habits when necessary. Thank god for Dr. Graham and his team for taking care of me with 3 wisdom teeth removed, a new crown, and a cleaning schedule that really works for my attempt at change :) Let me explain... Dr. Graham was the first dentist that I completely trusted when it came to the removal of my wisdom teeth. It was getting really bad as I would get these really bad reactions when I didn't brush properly or floss properly. I think my wisdom teeth were the problem. Removed the bad teeth and no more problems! Also, I've had to change my habits under the guidance of his support team. More brushing, better flossing, water pick and just more awareness of what a clean mouth is supposed to feel like. I'm not embellishing here but this place has changed my health and life for the better. I remember growing up thinking rich kids were the ones that saw the dentist regularly and now I feel like one of those kids that talked about their regularly scheduled visit to the dentist, and not just when something went wrong. Thank you Dr. Graham and support staff, I promise to floss more frequently to make your job a bit easier in the future!

My appointment for my wisdom teeth removal was on 8/28 and I called on 8/26 because mind you their lodi location only opens Tues and Thurs, i was informed by the their admin Natalie which in no form is her fault that the services will be $171 dollars. The appointment day comes and they actually texted me that i could be seen sooner. I live far out so i didn't reply since i would be there roughly still the time of my appointment. Well then they called. They had those two opportunities to tell me my insurance wasn't going to cover the full amount, they didn't. They told me after they did everything it only took 10 minutes and then said it will be $306. That was almost double what i was quoted. Mind you they didn't even offer to do anything off their mistake. Its was like they valued more the money than a customer to build a relationship with their business. After i physically showed i was upset their only proposal was to pay have and then the rest when i came back. Im sorry but at that point i was like this is a joke. Speechless i left paying the $306 it was going on a credit card anyways. I left hoping they would do the right thing and offer me back my money no call. I waited to leave a review because i was hoping even now they would call to give me my money back and nothing. At this point i just want to warn young adults really looking for a lifetime dentist to not fully trust because people do take advantage unfortunately. Enjoy my not given tip.

I would highly recommend coming here to get your dental work and asking for Dr. khan & Claudia these two are a perfect duo. They made my brother feel very comfortable and he said he did not feel any pain. It is difficult finding doctors who are passionate about their profession but you can tell these two love what they do. They were very patient with my brother.

Because these people only care about that almighty dollar and are willing to completely screw you over in the process. My granddaughter is halfway through her treatment plan, they called two days prior to her appointment for the next treatment to tell us that had decided "that day" , which I do not believe, to no longer take her insurance and they would not finish her treatments. So we have to find a new dentist and start all over again. Unprofessional at minimum and it has to be illegal for a doctor to cut and run halfway through treatments.

The women were very caring and sweet when I was nervous since I haven't been to the dentist in over 12 years. I am very comfortable there, and feel in good hands! Everything is clean and professional and the desk is informative and kind too! The office guy also taught me about everything to do with the mouth! Payment was easy and everything was prompt and straight forward! Very easy care! Worked with my work dental plan, and I was able to pay my out of pocket for today's needs! I got my appointment luckily same day and good timing, first appointment there, and was taken care of wonderfully! I couldn't ask for a better dental office!
