PLUS, he's a good singer and serenades his patients as he works. Dr. Grae and Mandi made the experience fun rather than stressful. They explained every step in advance so I never sat wondering what would come next, and at the end of the procedure, they both took extra time to make sure that everything felt right. Mandi stayed behind to answer my questions and give me advice --and this is the experience I have had every single time I have been in. The front office staff remember my name at the door, I've never run into any issues with scheduling or procedures, they are able to text you if you are like me and hate phone calls, and I have so much trust in the team.
