I love that they have kits for kids (or even adults) to learn how to do certain crafts, like a beginner small quilt, crochet, learn to sew, pizza box crafts, and more. Everything was organized into tubs, labeled, and very easily accessible. I loved their selection of vintage appliqués! They also have grab bag style assortment of things for a variety of crafts (junk journaling, scrapbooking, key chain kits). My kids loved looking around! The sofa is in great condition with the exception of the webbing on the seat cushion frame. CSU was able to replace the old plastic webbing with much stronger woven fabric similar to auto seat belt material for a very strong and effective repair. The service was quick and friendly. I would use them again. The owner Jeff even went so far as to give me a tour of their facility which was considerably larger than I thought.

I take my machine there every year to be serviced, including my Brother serger. The service man who I assume is the owner is friendly and does a great job servicing machines. I appreciate the service work and the machines I've purchased at the store. Now as for the customer service, that is another story. I've patronized the store for more than 10 years and I've yet to be greeted warmly when I've walked through the door. The women who work in the store, God bless them, are not warm. Polite, yes. Warm, no. Polite,, yes. Engaging, no. Polite, yes. Talkative, no. Helpful, yes if I have a question. Welcoming, no. But I'm a dedicated Janome woman. And as long as I'm not met with outright rudeness and hostility, I make my purchase and go home. Low bar.

We actually didn't get the replacement order until FIVE days after when they said they would, with no communication saying the order was ready.
