Everyone at the office is warm, efficient and highly professional. The hygienist immediately put me at ease (even under the more challenging circumstances related to Covid) and did an excellent cleaning. Dr. Richard Ross did the examination after the cleaning and answered my questions and was very knowledgable and reassuring. The entire process was painless. I intend to return and to schedule appointments for my children. Highly recommend this practice.

This is the worst dental practice I have ever been to. It's all about money, money, money here…read more I paid over $1,500 for 2 simple fillings, and that's after many preliminary visits for the same 2 fillings. When I balked about the high cost, the dentist actually said that I had to pay for "chair time"! WTF?? The final straw came when I suggested having a small, removable partial made for a lower missing tooth. They took impressions, yet never asked me to look at the color of the tooth replacement for my approval. Sure enough, when I returned to have the partial fitted, not only did it not fit properly at all, but the color was way off! This partial was to cost me another $3,500, but I refused to accept it after the bungling dentist here could not get it to fit me. I also asked why they had never conferred with me about the color. After muttering amongst themselves for awhile in the back, the front desk woman came back and said "We'll call you"...which was their snarky way of telling me that unless I accepted this $ub-quality dental appliance, they don't want me as a patient anymore. So, I'm out $1,500 and need to find a new dentist just to fix the botched-up mess they made in my mouth. Keep your mouth and your wallet shut tight and look for a different dental practice than this scam outfit.

I'm very nervous at the dentist after some poor experiences in the past at other dental offices. Arianne checked in with me from time to time while cleaning my teeth to make sure I was ok. She was very chatty and fun to talk to, which kept me distracted and calm. And she also had a great playlist! I was told by Jeffrey that it needed to come out and I was not a candidate for an implant because my sinus cavity was too close to my bone. ( This office does not do implants). So they he suggested a partial plate which I thought was for the one tooth. But Mo he wanted to extract a perfectly good tooth on the other side for the partial to work. I believed him and proceeded. he installed the partial plate so tightly that within 2 years it had loosened the tooth the partial was attached to! He told me not to worry there was new material and he would make a new partial for 3 teeth! this story goes on and gets worse. Also I had recommended Jeffrey to a friend because of the great cleaning and lead fillings removal I had gotten. She went to him and had a disaster like I later had - quit him but never told me! I now having to have 3 implants for $12k - Yes I am a candidate for implants. This lying Dentist caused me to loose 3 teeth. He is very gentle ( I get my work done without anesthetic lol!) and he is conservative in his approach so he has never done any damage to any of our teeth ( which has happened with other dentists) the office and staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly and everything is spotless! I have United Health Care Medicare Advantage Choice Plan 3 which has sixteen (16) Dental In-Network providers (Ulster County). Before making an appointment I confirmed with my UHC Plan that Oral examinations and Cleanings were covered by them (Ticket #: S507962091) as long as I had any of these two done by an in-network provider. I called the said Dentist Office to make an appointment and informed the clerk/receptionist of the type of insurance coverage I have, etc. She assured me that there would be no problem billing would be done in the proper manner. NOWFOR THE FUN PART: A day or two prior to 12/01/2021 I received an "AMOUNT DUE" of $6.28 - in turn I sent an E-mail dated 11/30/21 4:44pm to the "Hudsonvalleyofc@dentalcarealiance.com stating the above coverage mistake. Not knowing if the E-mail was given to the proper employee, the next day (12/01/21) went in person to the Dentist Office and after a fashion was presented to a Nicole. To make a long story short, Nicole checked with my insurance company, etc. and had to call me back as she was just so busy. During the call back she stated that I had received services from an out of net-of-net work provider and I was being charged according to the Offices Fee Schedule. But, the Office would accept the $6.28 instead of the total of A hundred and some dollars ( this phone conversation I did tape, but failed to let Nicole know she was being taped - legally that is my mistake). 12/04/21 I received an EOB (Explanation of Benefits) from UHC and sure enough the Dentist Office BILLED FOR AN OUT-OF-NETWORK DENTIST.
