They do a wonderful job making the process easy and effective while using strategies to make it comforting and peaceful. Dr. Nesheiwat is a pleasure as he makes the procedure a great and memorable one. He really connects with the patient to make it enjoyable even through the pain. Dr. Varghese came to the scene a couple of years back, as Nesheiwat is only there on certain days. She's good also, and a pleasure. They've gotten me through every appointment with no issues, and it's wonderful how it's done. If someone is looking for Dental Care, Billings is the place to go.

I had one tooth upper in the back…read morethat needed to come out at some point as it had a metal band under the gum from my NYC dentist that had lasted for 20 years. I was told by Jeffrey that it needed to come out and I was not a candidate for an implant because my sinus cavity was too close to my bone. ( This office does not do implants). So they he suggested a partial plate which I thought was for the one tooth. But Mo he wanted to extract a perfectly good tooth on the other side for the partial to work. I believed him and proceeded. he installed the partial plate so tightly that within 2 years it had loosened the tooth the partial was attached to! He told me not to worry there was new material and he would make a new partial for 3 teeth! this story goes on and gets worse. Also I had recommended Jeffrey to a friend because of the great cleaning and lead fillings removal I had gotten. She went to him and had a disaster like I later had - quit him but never told me! I now having to have 3 implants for $12k - Yes I am a candidate for implants. This lying Dentist caused me to loose 3 teeth. He is very gentle ( I get my work done without anesthetic lol!) and he is conservative in his approach so he has never done any damage to any of our teeth ( which has happened with other dentists) the office and staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly and everything is spotless! My wife and I found this new dentist office through our Insurance company and Google Reviews…read morebecause of our old dentist retiring and issues with the old dentist office procedures. For a first visit we noticed this dentist office was more technically advanced than our old dentist with more modern equipment. We are taking off a star because Dr. Kay doesn't deal with the business side of things which can be a good thing because then he can only worry about the best treatment for your teeth instead of being distracted by the business side of things. We found out from the office manager is is one of several locations owned by two dentist brothers. The one star down is because they do not have a sliding scale for low income people and charge New York City Prices in Dutchess county. The insurance companies are able to negotiate a discounted price but if you need major work and are on a limited income and have trouble covering the deductible they don't negotiate on a sliding scale do to your income but rather refer you to care credit so you'll probably be dead before you pay off your dental care. With the volume of patients running through this place they could have a little more compassion for lower income people or even donating some dental time back to the community. I'm not very happy with the business side of things but will update on future visits as the work I need will take time that my last dentist couldn't get to because he was to busy.

I was assigned this dentist by my insurance company. I tried calling twice during posted business…read morehours and had to leave a message ... on a literal answering machine. Never hit a call back over a month's time. Tried once more and someone (I am assuming it was actually the dentist) answered. I told her I was a new patient and once she found out my insurance she told me she was at capacity with "state insurance." She wasn't unfriendly, but she wasn't friendly. I explained she was my assigned dentist and she didn't seem to care. Just told me good luck. After calling my insurance, they told me that she shouldn't be at capacity because I was assigned her and was part of her patient list already. They recommended I call her back. Once I did, she was extremely rude. Told me she didn't know who I talked to but that they needed to take her off their list because she was done taking "these types." She ranted for a moment, laughing. It was condescending and extremely classist and rude. I wanted to say something to her, but I figured it was somehow in my best interest that she wasn't going to be my dentist. Hopefully her dentistry is better than her people skills!

(Sorry ... life and death got in the way)! I had a root canal done by Dr Zhi Wei Cheug yesterday. He was gentle and kind and explained exactly what he was doing. He was constantly asking if I was in any pain and showed genuine concern throughout! I'm so glad I made the move! First dentist that I wasn't afraid of! He and his entire staff put you at ease and made me feel calm about the procedures. But I needed treatment and Stephanie got me an appointment with Dr Chuan the morning after I called. The entire staff was super warm, and welcoming and personable. Dr Chuan and her staff took care of my sad broken tooth, and spent a lot of time educating me on dental care. The way I was treated was as though this was boutique dentistry and I was paying tens of thousands of dollars yearly to have them at my beck and call.
