They came out to do gutters and facia on 10/31. They left 2 boards unpainted and multiple scratches…read moreon the others. Have bare screws sticking out the back side and bare backing boards/blocks. The boards and blocks are unprimed, unpainted, and untreated. The minute the job was done they requested the rest of the payment I pointed out was left unfinished or half assed. They said they would be out to fix it and touch up the scratched facia boards replace the untreated and unpainted boards and fix the screws. It's been 2 weeks no call, email, text nothing and when I call them during business hours no answer ever. So definitely go with this company if you want to over pay and get subpar work. 5/21/25 After these bad storms got on the roof to check things out, look for damage, etc. In all of the gutters was 10-15 screws that were unused in one gutter was a full tube of sealant that had made a massive glob next to a downspout blocking it. On top of that there is drip edge that is unattached or missing screws. There is drip edge curled up allowing water under the shingles causing rot. I've had screws in my yard come out of the down spouts. I've attached photos for proof.

As they worked they showed us what the prior installers had done incorrectly and then quickly completed their work. They cleaned up all debris and left within two hours of arriving. We have a nearly 130 year old house and have had many contractors and other professionals help us to maintain and improve the property. The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. We had a very poor experience with another company when researching windows and installation and…read morewere a bit cynical of contacting another business. However, the process of obtaining a quote was indeed as easy as Zen Windows website makes it out to be; check out their website and watch the videos. I completed their form with the number of windows, approximate size and the requirement that the windows must meet a minimum efficiency. A reply was quick and thorough and above all easily understood and answers to questions were immediate. Dennis provided all the information needed should a permit have been required. Once accepted, Kevin came out within a few days to take specific measurements needed for ordering the windows. Within just over a month, we received a call asking if the installation could take place within 48 hours as they had an opening. Ed, Jimmy and Daryl were the installation crew who arrived promptly and you could not ask for a more conscientious and professional team. They seemed to get along and worked well with each other. Care was taken to protect floors and carpet, the installation and operation of the windows was explained, and clean up was meticulous. I had planned to shampoo my carpets after they were finished and Daryl did such a good job of cleaning up the floors I did not have to vacuum first! We had 6 windows replaced and opted for the Endure EN600 series double hung, Energy Star Certified windows. These windows were installed on a warm day in rooms that get the afternoon sun and it was immediately apparent that the sun gain was much lower than the previous windows. The wind is gusting today and there are no drafts! The total cost was a bit above some of the other estimates but after our previous experiences as well as the ease of the ordering process, the personable and professional installers- much less the quality of the windows- it has been well worth it.
