I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience at this Rolex boutique, specifically regarding my interactions with Ivana. Let me start off by saying that Aaron, the manager here, is very welcoming, warm, and kind. This, unfortunately, doesn't change the fact that from the moment I walked into this store, I felt completely unwelcomed. I was unfamiliar with how the Rolex purchasing process worked, and instead of guiding me, Ivana was incredibly condescending in her explanations--so much so that I left positive I was never going to get a watch. She didn't even offer me a glass of water during that initial visit. I nonetheless chose to move forward and still purchase a watch from this store when I got the call. This is something I genuinely regret doing because, by agreeing to buy the watch despite my initial experience, I pretty much set the tone and communicated that I was okay with being treated so poorly. Why I chose to spend my hard-earned money in a place that did not value me or my business is unfortunately something only I can take the blame for. I guess part of me was hoping that purchasing a timepiece and officially becoming a client would result in being treated better. Unfortunately, Ivana's coldness and poor attitude continued throughout the many times I checked in with her. I genuinely wanted to establish a strong relationship with this boutique and bring them my business. Instead, I was made to feel like I simply wasn't "good enough" to receive basic customer service and buy the timepieces I was interested in. When I got my first watch and genuinely fell in love with the craftsmanship, I became incredibly excited and voiced to Ivana my readiness to purchase more pieces as soon as possible (words you would expect any reasonable sales rep to be excited about) but Instead of matching my enthusiasm, she immediately shut me down and bluntly told me that I would have to wait years. While I may not be this store's wealthiest client, I had the means and a genuine desire to build a big collection alongside a great and loyal relationship. I initially tried to brush off Ivana's condescending remarks and make excuses for her behavior, but the continuous poor treatment finally got to me. You expect a certain level of hospitality and respect when shopping for luxury timepieces, and Ivana completely failed to deliver that. I've been trying very hard to suppress this frustration and not express how poorly I've been treated, but I can only take so much. What I imagined being a long and fruitful relationship with this store has turned into what I would describe as a very bitter experience, and I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth. read more

We were assisted by Sanja and Jason who were both VERY patient with us. They explained the differences of each piece and they let my husband try on different kinds just to see which one was the perfect fit. They put my husband's name on the list and said they would give us a call if and when they get the one he wanted. 2 weeks later, Jason called my husband to let him know his watch was ready! Next day, we were bound for Vegas to pick up the watch! We thought it was gonna be a long wait but lo and behold we only had to wait 2 weeks! Jason was overall a such a nice sales associate. This is my husband's first timepiece and he is also Jason's first client. The day we visited was Jason's first day on the job and I feel like the stars aligned for the two of them! During one of my visits to Bellagio, I stopped by Tesorini and was fortunate enough to be greeted by a sales associate named Lou Urbanski, who made me feel very welcomed. The store is laid out beautifully with a wide selection of watches in there respective sections. As Lou showed me around the store, we got to know each other by having a normal conversation and exchanged nostalgic anecdotes about cars, growing up in the 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, and about life in general. I appreciated Lou's positive outlook and enthusiasm, and I felt we had a lot in common, which made me feel very comfortable moving forward with him as my salesman. As we spoke, I expressed interest in obtaining a Rolex for my upcoming birthday. Lou showed me the various models, and wasn't pushy, nor did he resort to any high pressure sales tactics. He simply allowed me to try on the ones I was considering and offered me his expertise. Once my decision was made, Lou explained the purchasing process, and handled all the details from beginning to end. Before I knew it, I was sitting in the office, getting my new Rolex sized to my wrist. I'm pleased to say I am now a proud owner of the quintessential Rolex Submariner "No Date" #124060.
