In the heart of the Waikiki shopping mall International Market Place. I remember a few years ago, they had lots of watches but now, like every other store, the shelves are empty and they have long wait lists. We stopped in to check out their watches and hoping to see if they had any professionals or unallocated watches, but they didn't have any in. The overall stock was very low. The sales associate was very snobby, and spoke to us in a condescending tone. We were helping our friend who collects Rolexes to try to find watches for his collection, and he even showed her his collection via FaceTime to show we were serious that she still couldn't get herself to use any form of non-pinched facial expression or speak to us in a normal tone of voice. They are more expensive here than on the mainland and service is nowhere as friendly. Dear Kevin, My partner and I visited this Rolex Boutique back in March and it was our first ever visit to a Rolex store. After we walked in, Kevin greeted us warmly and patiently introduced every model to us. Even though the model I was looking for was not in stock, Kevin gave us his contact and promised he will try his best to look for it. I remembered him saying "I'll try my best to get you one.. might take some time, but please have a lil faith in me" I didn't expect much at the time, but sure enough he kept his word. We connected through text and he offered me a couple hard to get models within a month of last purchase . Lawrence was extremely knowledgeable and professional, we had a great chat about watches and our mutual love for these time pieces, it is always nice to have a sales professional that enjoys the brand and brand history helping you. When I arrived on Oahu from Maui I stoped in to meet Lawrence in person but it was his day off. I worked with another sales professional but unfortunately I did not get his name. Young guy who also was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I looked at a couple pieces but unfortunately the store did not have the options that I am currently looking to add to my collection. I am not a person that usually takes the time to compliment a retailer in a review. However this Rolex AD is clearly a standout. I live in Honolulu and do a lot of business traveling in Europe. I have  visited over 25 Rolex ADs overseas over the last ten years. Sadly I have only found two ADs that I would recommend one is located in the Zurich Airport the other and my favorite in Waikiki  across from the Moana Surfrider. I stumbled on this AD quite by accident. My friend heard some positive things about this AD and he wanted me to go with him as he knew what a huge Rolex fan I am. I agreed to go but assumed this was going to be a huge waste of time. I based my negativity on my past experience and current policies of  the other Rolex AD on the island Ben Bridge. Twenty years ago Ben Bridge  put me on a list for a Daytona and after being on the list for three years I finally get the call. I was told it was yellow gold which was fine for me at the time. I rushed down with great excitement only to discover the saleslady was offering me this gold Daytona that screamed on your wrist "you have money but no taste" as it was loaded with gems all over the bezel. I asked just how many people passed on this watch before calling me. Over the last several years when asking any of the Ben Bridge sales team at either location what my chances of receiving any popular Rolex they will tell you it all depends on your sales history with Ben Bridge. So basically spend a substantial amount of money on high margin items than they might consider selling you a Rolex with only a 40% margin. My friend and I both received very desirable steel sport watches within 6 months with no spend history. I know local residents like myself don't like to venture into Waikiki and assume they cater only to the tourists. I strongly recommend you visit  their amazing knowledgeable staff. The first time I came here was last year when I purchased a Rolex watch for my husband's birthday. It was an overall good experience, we had champagne, blah blah blah. THEN, we went to visit this past Monday to look for a watch for myself and let me just tell you, we won't be coming back here again. Unfortunately they did not but Erin reassured me that she could order me the watch I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. My Submariner was projected to arrive in a month or two, ended up arriving in just under three weeks; amazing. First off I do not have any purchase history with Tourneau or Rolex. This was my first time in a Tourneau store. I first visited this boutique on a Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised to see some demonstration only models available for me to try on. The associate helping me out was Dustin and he was very approachable and knowledgeable about the Rolex lineup. He was very patient with me and gave me his undivided attention. All pieces were also sanitized with wipes before and after I handled them. While none of the models I am interested in were available for purchase I had a positive overall experience and got a good feel for the lineup. That visit ended with me exchanging contact information with Dustin in the event something I might be interested in came up. Throughout the following week I went back a few times (to try the demo units again) and both follow up visits were positive like the first. On my second follow up Kevin helped me out and my last visit I spoke with Dustin again. A Rolex is a huge purchase. While I haven't purchased anything here I am in a much more informed situation because I was able to try on demo units with the help of knowledgeable staff who were easy to talk to. read more

This location says that they sell to tourists but that's a fake. They ask for your information and also ask when you will be leaving town but they never call or ever sell to anyone that's here in town on vacation. They are full of it and lead tourists on. They might as well say they don't have any in stock and if they do they won't sell to you but those they choose to sell to. It's really not fair. I met with Dustin-Alan and he got all my information. I received a follow up email but nothing after that. So so bad. I'm okay with them saying they don't have any in stock but don't tell me that the list they have is just for tourists.
