This place is a usual AD joke. You walk in to see what's going on, knowing they will tell you nothing is "in stock." They show you, like most AD's what they have, which are essentially nonsense 2 tones and unpopular watches no one wants. They then tell you and I quote, "we're cleaned out for the week," which is a lie as all ADs have inventory in the safe. They then recommend you "check Mayors out for certified pre owned Rolex watches" whose they're "affiliate owner," downstairs and the pre owned prices there are about 70% above market value. All around joke of an AD. This is what happens when there's only 1 in Orlando and they monopolize ADs across Tampa. It's a shame that you have to deal with this just to get a watch. Go somewhere else if you can. And 1000000% never buy pre owned from "Mayors" down stairs. Go to a reputable gray market dealer. I can name a few in Miami. You'll never be treated properly here. read more

I've been in to this location twice within the last 8 or so months. One of the link pins has fallen out twice on my wife's (less than 2 years old) Rolex. On both visits, I felt that neither one of the two employees had any desire to assist me. The first occasion, the girl barely said 5 words to me throughout the entire visit. Even when she gave me that watch back after a few minutes there was nothing said. On this most recent visit, after the employee put the pin back in, we asked to see an Explorer in the 36 MM size and it seemed like it was a hassle to take the watch out of the display case. I also asked what the price was on the 40 MM version that was right next to the 36 and was told "somewhere around $10k". The employee didn't even bother to look. As someone who owns 2 Rolex watches, I will not purchase from this location. read more

The staff here was friendly enough each time to entertain me without feeling like they were judging, like at some other high end stores. Although I ultimately went with an Omega moonwatch, I do appreciate the service here. Additionally, I had brought an older watch to get serviced here. It hadn't been serviced in a couple of decades at least, and had scratches all over the face. While it took almost a month for it to be returned to me, it was well worth the wait. BIG Disclaimer: I do not own a Rolex, nor do I have the means to. However my girlfriend Amber M and I decided to do a "fantasy" retail day and check out all the high end swag at this lovely mall, and Rolex was our first stop! Having been a watch enthusiast for a while, I was very excited to see some brand new Rolexes in the flesh. Quite frankly, you can look at a website all day, but really handling some of these special items was really quite an occasion, and the lovely people at Orlando Rolex made it a great experience. We walked in and were greeted promptly by a friendly sales woman. Admittedly, I played a little dumb, even though I do have considerable knowledge of the brand and models. We were shown several models at several price points, but the highlight for me was trying on the $30,000 18k white gold Day Date model. Just having something that special on my wrist even for a few moments was quite extraordinary. My girlfriend also tried on several ladies' models, and was having as much fun as I was. The thing I was most impressed with was that even though we made clear we were enthusiasts and not potential customers didn't deter the sales staff at all. They were happy to show us all of the models, as well as let us try them on, and took all the time in the world to answer questions as we came up with them. For a moment before we walked in I feared that as soon as we said we were "just looking" we would be shown the door, but that was the total opposite of what happened. We needed a Rolex for a very important birthday but it was in short supply. After trying many different dealers, we ended up speaking to Lisa @ Rolex (Mayors) in the Mall at Millenia Orlando. She confirmed it was in very short supply but said she would work with us to ensure we had one in time. This was very different from other people who either never got back to us or said they wouldn't help unless we had bought regular pieces from their store. I was a little nervous but I gave up calling anywhere else and left it in Lisa's hands. Thankfully, she kept at it until she secured the watch and then kept it for us until we could pick it up. We've visited the store several times and had really friendly service. They've even been happy to let us try on watches even if we weren't buying there and then. Full marks to Lisa on not just her friendly and professional help but in the constant communication via email as well. Really top class sales from a true professional.
