Roll Limo was very unprofessional. We booked in him July for my daughter's quinceañera on August 31, 2019. We told him we wanted the Escalade. He mentioned it was in the shop, however, that it should be back in service for my daughter's XV. THE DAY BEFORE (AUG.30) he called and said that the Escalade was not available due to mechanical problems. He was giving us the Sprinter which is NOT what we wanted. I am not a big review writer but when service stands-out above the rest, it has to get recognition. I called several local companies before booking with Roll for a party bus to accommodate 20. Mario was one of the first to respond and the most helpful with all my questions. He was beyond accommodating. On the day of our event, Adolfo was our driver and called me before his expected arrival to ensure the most accurate time given he knew it was surprise party. From there, Adolfo was beyond amazing. We unfortunately were stuck in a lot of traffic and the plan had to change given we missed our appts, and Adolfo was easy to work with and super flexible, he even had to make a pit stop for a bathroom breaks for the party goers. He even squeezed that bus in places most would not dare go. I would definitely book with this company again, and I would specifically ask for Adolfo. DO NOT USE! I would give this company zero stars if I could. My husband booked this company for our wedding. We booked the white escalade and they gave us a beat up hummer. The air conditioning went in and out and started blowing hot air at times. The stereo didn't work. The water bottles in the limo were half used. If I could give this limo company a 0 I would. We hired them for our wedding and got a stretch Hummer limo. We negotiated a deal (same deal I had with another local company but this company was closer and had a better rating so I went with them) but man should I have gone with the other company! We had a strict timeline and the driver was almost 15 minutes late on the first pickup of the men, and even though I instructed the company to pick up the women, directly after he dropped them off, he never came. We tracked him down almost 40 minutes later and he said he didn't realize he had to pick us up! What?! The bride and bridesmaids don't have to be picked up?! Even though it was on the company and contract instructions?! Wow. After we finally tracked him down and he came to get us we were 45 minutes late to the wedding. Oh, and on a 95 degree day he didn't leave the limo running or anything so the AC wasn't working barely at all. We were all melting! Then the company argued with me to hell and back afterward about how it was a misunderstanding with someone else even though I was their point of contact person! They tried to tell me that because they "gave me a good deal" that basically because they completely messed up everything that is was ok. Even arguing with me (both the manager AND the owner) about how I should be happy they gave me a deal even though they messed up our wedding and cost us a ton of money at the reception site because we arrived over an HOUR late. So, less time for enjoying ourselves and more money to everyone but it's ok because we got a deal. Seriously?! So I had to pay them their money and more money to everyone else. Some deal. No thanks! I've never been treated so poorly. They completely messed up our wedding. I should have gone with the first company I talked to. Worst limo company EVER. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

I rented a hummer Limousine from Robles for my senior prom. I rented last minute about 2 days before prom. I called over 26 limousine companies and Robles and another company were the only companies that had a limousine available. I chose Robles based off the better price, respectful staff and good yelp reviews. I am not disappointed at all. My group had the time of our life. The limo driver was very respectful and he did everything he could to make our trip fun. The limousine was very clean, it was stocked with drinks, you could hook up your phone to play music and control all the lights and everything. She was really nice and tried to book a very odd hours for us, still give me the same deal as regular. When the limo arrived,we were really impressed by the new lights system and the sound system. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I think it's fair to warn others. I began talking to Mario over a week ago to try and get a party bus for a birthday coming up. I had to continue to call and email to follow up each day (no big deal, maybe he was busy) but I needed to get it all set and confirmed. After a few days of waiting for an agreement, I finally called once again and was told that he confirmed with the schedule and he had a bus for me the night I wanted and that he'd send the agreement shortly after. I sent out RSVPs- and people asked off of work and began sending me money to cover the cost of this particular bus. The next day I received the agreement and noticed it was for a limo and not a bus as I had told the passengers and Mario several times (via yelp message, email and phone call). I let him know and he told me they had no more buses available for the night of the birthday. I put my trust in his hands as he told me it was all set and confirmed- wrong on my part. I let him know my frustrations and he apologized and agreed to help me find something no later than the next day. It is now two days later and I haven't heard anything from him so I've gone with another company and am having to pay more and change times after telling passengers the original plans as Mario had confirmed over the phone with me.
