Steve was on time for show up and even helped us put some of our beverages (for the ride home) in his own personal cooler since it didn't fit in the limo ice bucket. I can't say enough about this company! My son turned 16 years old today. He was having a bad day so I reached out to The owner Steve at almost 12 pm, asking the impossible... can you pick my son up at his school and drive him and his girlfriend around for an hour? I knew it was a shot in the dark but I had to try. Not only did Steve pull through for me, but he washed the limo and picked up ice on his way! I reviewed about 8 different limo services for the Lakers game from Disney's Paradise Pier hotel to Staples center. Prices ranged from least to greatest and he landed mid-way. But I am so happy that I chose My Chauffeur, because my family raved it was the highlight of our trip. I had planned this trip for months, but due to the lack of days, I had to cut out sight seeing. So my intention was to rent a limo/SUV to take us to the Lakers game in style. But I got so much more than I expected. Steve was very professional and was in contact with me the whole time before the pick up. I'm glad he recommended an earlier pick up time, as there was traffic in Disney. But he got us to the game quickly and safe. He gave us recommendations about the ice skating and block party happening on the adjacent streets. But what topped of the night was that he drove us through Hollywood, Beverly Hills and by request late night In-n-Out burger (still don't have these in Hawaii). My son, niece and husband felt like movie stars riding in style. Especially how accommodating he was to drop us off at these spots and said to take our time sight seeing. The limo was stocked with bottled water, champagne and liquor. It was clean, we could Bluetooth my sons phone. From communicating through app in Hawaii at all hours of the day and ease of booking reservation, I can't highly recommend enough that you use his services. There are others that boast 100's of reviews, but this man really gives you personalized attention as a chauffeur. My husband kept saying if we could've canceled our pre-paid airport transportation we would have. We visit Disneyland every other year, or when I'm on trips for business. When I saw their smiles... I instantly knew I'd be doing this again. Five of my family members were flying into John Wayne Airport (SNA) from Texas. I wasn't able to pick them up do to work scheduling and was hoping to give them a great welcome that was more personal then having them jump in a Lyft or Uber. It was for a mid week wedding and he gave us a great deal on the stretch excursion. It was nice and clean, lights that change color lit up the inside and it had a bar area and and "ice bucket" filled with water and sodas, as well as a mini ice bucket next to the bar with 2 complimentary champagne bottles..but we put our additional 3 bottles in there. I didn't count but it had plenty of champagne glasses and well as other types of glasses for beer, soda or whatever you want to put in them! It had Bluetooth for the crisp surround stereo system. Steve was prompt and we booked him for 4 hours, although at our dinner we did go over and hour and Steve was awesome! I texted him and there was no rush in his text, just an "enjoy!"
