RUN FOR YOUR LiFE! Worst company, needs to be audited immediately. Ran by thieves that stole my money. I have receipt and all paperwork to prove it. Told it was all covered by insurance and then charged $521 less than 2 days after the car was picked up. Was charged for 3 days worth the car was there for 44 hours. I was told, "I can knock a few things off and play with the price a bit for you let me get my owner on the phone to tell you how much I can discount". Owner then got on the phone with me and screamed at me very unnecessarily, "the price is what the price is". After i agreed to pay he then continued in a very threatening manner, "don't forget, we've got your vin and we know where you live!" This was all very absurd to me being that I agreed to pay the outrageous price of $521 for a tow and a day and half of sitting in his yard. I immediately called the cops just because I had never been spoken to in that kind of a bullying tone before. I knew the cops wouldn't do much but at least I have a case # now when I go and make my first attempts to contact this better business bureau that I keep hearing about. Not to mention for the day and a half that my car was at this place I had been back and forth on the phone with them trying to get information from them, only to be left on hold and disregarded for more than half the calls. They were definitely screening my number and avoiding me. This is the only reason the car was there for as long as it was to begin with. Place needs to be closed down immediately at the very least. They are not operating honestly. STAY AWAY. They'll get you! This is the 1st bad review I have ever written in my life. Broke down on the Northern State Parkway and was told this company is the only one local to be able to tow me off the highways (due to the license). They were going to charge me $149 to put on the tow truck which I could understand until they told me it was $850 per mile!!!! Dont call this place. Complete criminals!!!! Charge me $1500 to tow a van (which is absurd). Then I was told there will be no storage charges and they charge me for those as well hitting me with a $2000 bill. I am in the same business I would never charge somebody as much money. My vehicle was in an accident so I had no choice. Was charged 160 ish for a tow. Only 2 miles of towing lol. Said first 3 miles was free but whos first 3? Mine or the tow drivers drive to me? I literally had a 2.1 mile drop off. I heard the driver say "6 miles... first 3 is free.." and I'm just really curious where the 6 miles was? My Jeep brokedown a couple weeks ago. My experience with this towing company was truely unforgettable. The tow truck driver not only vaped with me alongside in the passenger seat, but he also TOOK HIS SHIRT OFF to show me his unfinished tattoos. I had a great experience with Roll Rite Towing and had to use them on 2 different occasions. One was from a car accident and the other, just recently, because my Jeep broke down. The guy came so quick and knew how upset I was so I appreciated how nice he was to me. I spoke to Anthony on the phone who said he and his brother worked for his dad there. There was a jar of money that was collected from the charity event, it was an animal rescue group. needless to say, the money was stolen from the car by this company. We called up this tow service because it is local, maybe 10 minutes away. Service took about an hour and 10 minutes. Tow service guy was nice, but expect to wait a while. The price is pretty good, if you pay cash. The time it took the guy to get here could have been quicker, but maybe they were busy. read more

I had gotten into an accident, and the police officer called this towing/auto body shop without my authorization. When they arrived, the officer told me this company was the one they used to repair their cars, therefore I felt confident in their selection. Now I realize the officer probably got a kick back from every car they "referred" to them. After 3 months, my car was still not done. I called several times to ask about the status, and each time they told me they were still waiting on the parts. When I eventually got my car back, it was not repaired properly. I saw they had used duct tape on my fender to hold pieces together. I had gone back to them to complain, but they would take no responsibility for the bang up job they did on my car. I had to go elsewhere to get the car fixed properly, and pay several thousands to fix it. They are shady crooks, plain and simple. read more

Lousy establishment. Promised the world but then took shortcuts. I went in for bodywork after being rear ended by an Uber. The cosmetic items got done but no one looked underneath. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS SOOOOO CROOKED. If I could give one star I would. My daughter hit a curb on the Sunrise Hwy Service road and messed up the oil pan. The cops called a tow tuck before I could get there, mind you she was on the shoulder. when I arrived (its my car) the car was on this companies tow truck he proceed to tell me the tow would be $375 I had a huge argument with the tow truck driver as I did not authorize him to take my car as I have AAA and road side assistance with my insurance company and he told me he was not aloud to drop the car. He told me to go through my insurance for the tow and to get the car in the morning. this all happened on Friday evening of labor day weekend, after I got home I called to see if e looked at the car at all and found out the shop was closed until TUESDAY. I left a message with there answering service the owner called me right back nothing but argumentative and refused to help. I called the cops to tell them this company has basically stole my car and they refused to help when they are the one who called this company. when I picked up my car on TUESDAY this company had the nerve to charge me Storage fees so my total bill was $480 and they told me I could be reimbursed by my insurance company.
