A lot of things should be improved at this place. Specially if you're thinking of having a party…read more Whoever is in charge of the people hosting a party should be more organized. We were supposed to go in at 3:30, we did not go in until 3:45 according to staff it was due to the previous party taking long to leave... we were the second ones to arrive but our party was the the last one to get seated and that's only because my sister asked one of the girls. Once in there everything was fine until they brought the pizza. The pizza was cold! We were never told the do not make the pizza there! The package we got came with 4 pizzas and we were told on the phone that if we needed more we could just let them know the day of but it would take a little longer. Once the pizza arrived besides being cold we realized it was from little Caesars. I don't mind the pizza being from there BUT at least make sure it's hot! The young lady who was helping us with the pizza and drinks would just take things without asking. When it was time to clean she didn't ask if people were done, she just started taking off the plastic table cover with everything still on the table and rolling it getting ready to throw everything away until we told her that there was personal stuff on there! That's just rude! You ask if people are done not just assume everything on the table is trash. Then she took the pitchers with soda without letting anyone know and people were still drinking specially when they were done skating. When it was time the security starts staring you down by your table and starts saying you need to hurry up and get all your things, my husband told him oh you guys want us to hurry but didn't mind letting us in late well now we're going to take our time. Overall this place needs a lot of improvement when it comes to organizing parties. Train your employees to always ask the people on their tables if they are done with something before throwing it away or taking it away. Sell little Caesar's pizza double/triple the price but at least make sure it's hot before serving it!

When we first walked up there were a lot of empty booze cans in the parking lot near the entrance, so not a great first impression. As we walked in, there were two young women to check us in for the party. They seemed kind of confused when we gave them our names, and then told us we could just go ahead in. They weren't very friendly or helpful. Once inside, we were able to easily find the area they had reserved for the party. It was decorated and had a host to help with the kids. Unfortunately the host didn't really seem on top of things. A couple of times during the party things ran out (cups/soda/water) and she was nowhere to be found. I waited in line at the snack bar to get some assistance, and then told they would find the host to come help us. You can bring in your own skates or rollerblades, or they have skate rentals there. There are no rollerblades available to rent tho, only regular skates. I was disappointed when I found this out there, since I only rollerblade and didn't bring my own pair with me. The facility is cash free, but there are lockers and arcade games that require cash/coins. There is a change machine available for their use. I think the lockers were $1.25, and they're one time use - so every time you open them you need to pay again. There was a DJ playing some good music for us older adults. Overall all, it was okay. The kids had fun, and the adults got to hang for a bit.

I booked the birthday package for 10 kids, which included one pizza and one pitcher of soda for $199. When we arrived, I was surprised to learn that every adult also had to pay a $12.50 admission fee, even if they weren't skating. This wasn't clearly disclosed on the website or during the pre-party confirmation call, which was frustrating. I spoke with the manager, Jasmine, and she completely understood my concerns. She explained that they're under new management and appreciated the feedback. She said they plan to make the website and party policies much more transparent so future customers know about the adult admission fees in advance. She also adjusted my bill, which I truly appreciated. As for the party itself, it was fantastic! The kids had an amazing time, and our party host, Momma, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could enjoy the celebration. Despite the initial misunderstanding, the staff handled the situation professionally and showed they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. We really appreciate their accommodations and understanding, and we'll definitely be back!

I was experiencing irritation in my ankle from stiff skates but they put bandage and tape to prevent it from getting worse. These pros are the real deal, full package. They even taught me rollerskate maintenance and a little five minute lesson. These are people who are passionate and care as well as the djs and every staff member. Keep this gem in chino open as long as possible. I highly recommend the lessons on Saturdays from 11-12 because you also have free skate with a dj after. Love skate express.

While there is an option to purchase tickets there, it's better to pre-pay and fill out the waiver online. Actually, the waiver didn't matter as they gave us our wristbands and ushered us through. The number of walk-ins is limited and sells out fast. We got the 8pm time slot for 1.5 hours, which is ample time to skate. However, so many people had the little push seats to balance with and zip around that they were causing skaters to fall. I got hit from behind and pulled down onto a kid's skate. Yes, part of the nature of the venue but it would have been easier to navigate with less people on the ice. Funniest parts of the evening were, when my friend was filling out my waiver, she asked me if I wanted a helmet and I gave her a look... "what?! A helmet!! No!" When I fell, she was behind me and deadpanned, "shoulda got the helmet". I might go again if friends want to go, but I'd rather go to a roller rink or actual ice rink instead. Pros: - cute date idea - long sessions Cons: - kids mess around way too much - adults messing around with the ride-on toys - too crowded

This is my second year in a row skating during the holiday season and I've had the best time here. There's a reason there's a lot of skaters that get season passes for this rink (and do so every year) When it rained, they worked overtime to get the ice ready for the public and open back up as soon as possible. I've seen some false reviews from (Gigi) who wasn't even there at that day who is leaving the review for another figure skater that was skating unsafe. Instead of taking accountability, they are leaving negative reviews saying they were yelled at by management when I was there and the only yelling was coming from the girls making up the complaint. Just wanted to clear that up because it's unfair of people to leave fake negative reviews when they weren't even there to begin with. The skate-guards, management. Literally everyone that works here has been so uplifting and crucial to my growth as a figure skater. Thank you for giving me the confidence to skate in front of a bunch of strangers and making every skating season here magical!!
