There's usually a good amount of people there, but it never feels overcrowded since you reserve your spot ahead of time. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful, and it's such a fun space for little ones to enjoy. My only small complaint is that availability can sometimes be limited, especially when they're hosting private events. Other than that, it's a great indoor playground that's very clean and well maintained. We love coming here!

You get the entire place to yourself, which means it's just your friends and their kids, no strangers, and that makes the whole experience feel safe, relaxed, and really personal. They provide the tables and chairs, handle both setup and cleanup, and you just bring your own decoration's and food. For everything that's included, the price feels very affordable for a private indoor playground. I believe the max capacity is 48 people, which is really the only downside. Because of that, I haven't been able to book it myself yet since our gatherings are usually bigger, but for a smaller group this place is perfect! The playground itself is very clean and intimate, not overwhelming or massive like some other indoor play places, so you can actually keep an eye on the kids the whole time. Overall, it's a fantastic option for a private kids' birthday party, and I would absolutely recommend it. Five stars all the way.

The experience is a guided creative tour with about 4 hands‑on DIY stations where kids (and adults!) can make your own markers and crayons, paint, and craft fun projects like a windmill -- and you get to take everything home! It's about $18.99 per ticket for both adults and kids over age 2 (children under 2 are free but don't get materials) and includes the guided activities. We got to make our own markers, our cute crayons, paint a windmill, and everyone walked away with pieces we really loved -- and the goodie bag was a fun bonus. Unfortunately, it was a bit tough with 4 little ones, because many of the activities actually needed adult help, so it wasn't as independent as we expected. Bathrooms and seating felt a little cramped when there were lots of kids around. Also the parking outside didn't feel very comfortable -- the lot looked a bit rough and I wasn't super at ease leaving the car for long. The whole adventure runs in timed slots (about 1.5-2 hours total) that start every hour, so you'll want to show up early to check in and sign waivers before your session begins. Overall: A fun and educational experience that gets kids hands‑on with art and creativity, and definitely special for a birthday celebration -- but be ready to help your littles through the activities, and know that the location/parking may not be the most pleasant part of the day. Still worth it for the smiles and crafts!

If you're a parent, you already know that alone is a win. It was busy, but not the kind of busy where you're stressed the whole time. My son was still able to run straight to all the fun spots and actually try everything without waiting forever. That made such a difference. I did overhear a parent frustrated that they charge for infants (0-11 months). Parents can come in free to supervise, which is nice, but you do have to pay if you plan to jump. We went during a 50% off weekend, so two hours at half price felt like a total mom win. Also they allow outside food, which I honestly love. Someone had an entire box of Costco pizza, and I saw another parent with Uber Eats McDonald's. No overpriced snack-bar pressure, just bring your own food. I've been going back and forth about the membership... but $54.99 a month (with one buddy pass) and $89.99 for VIP just feels a little steep for our budget right now. Maybe if they run a special or adjust pricing. Overall though we had a really good time and we'll definitely be back.

Just a couple small things to point out: the floors are pretty slippery, so make sure you wear grip socks. Even with mine on, I almost slipped twice. Also, none of the guns for the ball blasters were working, which was a little disappointing. And the screen for the digital ball-throwing game faces the glass window, so the sun glare makes it really hard to see. Overall though, it's a fun spot and we enjoyed it!
