February 25, 2026 This was a very frustrating visit. The store was dirty, the ice machine wasn't working, and customer service was lacking. We stood at the ice cream counter for nearly 10 minutes while 4-5 employees stood together in a group conversation without acknowledging us. There was minimal eye contact and no attempt to assist us. One employee even commented that she didn't belong at the ice cream counter because she works in the kitchen. Regardless of job role, customers waiting that long should at least be acknowledged or directed to someone who can help. There did not appear to be any management present, and the overall atmosphere felt disorganized and inattentive. This location needs improvement in cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and basic service expectations. read more

The young folks that work (some not all) there are horrid! Why are they so angry and abrupt? The place is always messy. The restrooms - - no. If the restrooms and the walls are disgusting, that should tell us how the food is kept up with. Food is bland. DO BETTER. read more

We don't always have Horrible service, but when we do it's the young people of color. This place is a pig pen. No-one is bussing the tables, sweeping the floor or cleaning the restroom. Stay away from here if you like good service. read more

The drive thru is constantly closed and on several occasions they have only accepted cash which puts a restriction on most of the guests. They just aren't very reliable..shame. read more

The food was Hot and NOT made as requested. As you can see the ticket says no tomato but both burgers had a big fat red tomato on top. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the store needs work. I get people are hard to hire and everyone is short staffed but you are losing what customers you do have when the store is dirty. The floor was like walking on sticky paper. The area around the drink machine was disgusting. Ketchup spills, dried drink spills, straw wrappers etc. There were no napkins and teas containers were empty. Stopped in for breakfast while running some errands. Got my usual breakfast item of biscuits and gravy. Service was quick and the gravy was hot. It also had quite a bit of pepper, but I expected that based on visits to other Braum's locations. I got pretty much what I expected for a pretty decent price. read more

Oh my, their ice cream is so creamy and delicious! The first time we went I just got a chocolate malt and fell in love! A lot of places don't serve very good malts. You usually taste little to no malt flavor. This place was fantastic. Our second visit was with our youngest daughter and three of our grandchildren. We had burgers, fries and chicken strips, all that were very tasty and once again the ice cream was fantastic. Can't wait to visit one again. read more

Employees need ADA education. I was at this location today for lunch when I was approached by two employees asking me to show them my identification card for my service dog. Fact-check: there are only two questions you're allowed to ask a person with a service dog and I was not asked either one. Service Dog Handlers are not required to have any sort of identification. In fact service dogs don't even have to have special identifiers. Any questions about service dogs should be referred to the US Department of Justice. read more

Every time I go to this location and ask for a chocolate shake made with chocolate ice cream they say okay then give me a shake made with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. When I give it back and ask them to remake it they make it the same way about half the time, the other half the time they get it right. This is absolutely the nastiest restaurant around! I went inside to get an ice cream cone, and the counter tops were horrendous! Milk was spilled all over the cabinet tops, cups laying everywhere, liquid all over the floor.....it was like no one cleans up after a mess! I really don't see how they can continue to be open! I ordered the steak sandwich combo and a birthday cake sundae. The steak sandwich was blah and the mayo on it was sour. Maybe it was Miracle Whip but the website says they use mayo on it. The fries were really tasty though. The sundae was tasty too. The dine-in area was filthy. The floor was a wreck and the tables were completely dirty. I cleaned one off to sit down and eat because (even though there were 7 employees that I saw) no one working was managing the dining room. There were no napkins and I had to go ask for some. Drove to get some ice cream, in the next town, after dinner and Braums sounded so good. So instead of driving to DQ or Sonic in our town, we drove to Greenville to have ice cream at Braums. Placing the order in the drive thru was good and the employee stated our order back to us and was just what we ordered. We pulled up to the 2nd window was handed our ice cream. There were 3 of us in the car and just passed the ice cream to the correct person. We drove off and headed home on the interstate. We glanced at the ice cream and it looked correct, for the most part. Instead of getting no nuts, no cherry & peanut butter cup ice cream sundaes, we received nuts, cherries & vanilla ice cream. My wife and I went to Brains and ordered 2 numbers 1 one well done no cheese the other with cheese regular but just I was pulling away I saw the screen and saw that both said well done. When I get to the first window I asked the kid to make sure that only the one without cheese is well done but he tells me yes without checking do at the second window I asked the young girl if only the one without cheese is well done and she assures me that the order was done correctly but before I pulled out the parking lot I checked and my wife's order the one without cheese is medium rare, I could see pink and blood and my burger is so we'll done that it looks burned. My would have loved it except she does not eat cheese. Do I go in tell a kid what happened and he goes to get the burgers cooked again but suddenly this guy starts telling me that all burger are cooked well done, I told him that is not true because I have ordered before and my burgers have never been well done, the kid tells me I am wrong so I tell him well one of the burgers is well done and one of them is medium rare and I just one well done. Then this guy says loud enough "what's your problem asshole?" Do I tell him that I told two people how I wanted my order and I was assured that it was done right but that's the problem asshole. And I asked him for his name but he wouldn't give me his name so I told that it was fine that I didn't need his name so then he tells me to leave the store I told him I would if he would give me my money back and he comes gets my receipt and gave me money back but he forgot that he was wearing his name tag.. Whatever there are plenty of stores that will take my money and besides I had been there the week before and they had messed the order too. What a great experience this place has been! Despite the fact that this is a chain, each branch I have visited feels like there is an owner present given the pride and attention to detail I have experienced in both the product and the people. Today I just had to write a note after watching one staffer in particular who had absolute kinetic energy...she just never stops cleaning and with a smile on her face all the while. I did not get her last name, but I hope the management will recognize and reward "Sita" for the tremendous work she is doing! read more
