Upon arrival, they stated that they could not find the leak but proceeded to upsell him on a tire rotation and oil change. On Tuesday, I called the store after realizing the leak had not been repaired. On Wednesday, on my second trip to the store, they discovered the nail in the tire and repaired it. Initially, William stated that they would take care of it but then charged me for it. They had done great work for me/us previously and I had recommended them to friends and family several times. However, on this occasion, I felt as if they did not do their due diligence in finding the leak on the initial visit and attempted to take advantage of him (because he gets confused easily) during the visit. The reason for the visit was crystal clear that the tire simply needed to be patched. I expressed my frustration with William but he DID NOT SEEM TO CARE about my business or my concern.
