When they arrived, I went to more than 10 tire/wheel shops, and none of them had the correct equipment to properly install and balance them without scratching and ruining the spokes. Someone told me about JB's, so I went in at 8am. The owner was loud and to the point, as several cars were waiting, and it's first in, first out. Fine. He told me to come back at 8am the next day and leave the car and he would take care of what was needed. I did, and 2 hours later, he called and said it was ready. I went to pick it up, and the job was done, and they did a beautiful job. Sure, he is loud, and sure he gets folks in and out. I can't comment on the way others say they were treated, but if someone you NEED is loud and you are offended, LEAVE and go somewhere else!!! When I paid, he said, "If you have any problems, bring it back and we will get it right!!!" I spent over 4k for these wheels, including the spare and it's like having my tires wrapped around jewels! Be patient and wait your turn, and if you leave instead of waiting, YOU go to the back of the line!!! Relax...Life is too short for drama and pettiness.

I had 4 tires I ordered from an online company which originally had my tires coming in within 4 days of my order however they emailed me to tell me it would take a week or so up until the day I was moving out of AL. So I went to Jerad and asked if he could get those tires on the same day they got delivered and he said yes, but he went above and beyond by finding the exact same set of tires at another location (was the wrong order for them) and he got the those tires put them on my car and then took the shipment that I ordered once they came in. In simple terms he got my tires 4 days sooner (brand new) and prevented me from having to deal with additional stress when I began moving and he made sure I got my rebate for my tires. I will say I had a minor shake when I initially got the car after they put the new tires on, but I brought it back and they fixed it, no charge/ questions asked. My fiancé also got a nail in her sidewall about 3 days after I got my tires. We decided to have Tire City replace her tire (with the best price for the tire in the immediate area) and Jerad made it happen quicker than I could blink. Both our cars are running smooth and fine. Highly recommend them! *Only reason I didn't rate them 5 star is for the fact that I had to go back, but your experience will be different so GIVE THEM A CHANCE!

I will never rely on these people again. The actual reason I brought the car in was electrical but they shamelessly took advantage of my trust and screwed me...never again !
