When you arrive, you order in line, pay at the counter, and then choose your seating. They also have a private room in the back that's available for events. They've graciously allowed us to use the space annually to host the Fort Bend Junior Service League informational meeting. The room is even equipped with a TV for presentations, which is incredibly helpful. I especially enjoy the music they play on Sundays -- it creates such a feel-good atmosphere. My experience here is why I tend to not frequent BBQ places, I hate being disappointed. The barbecue sauce (the signature and regular) were not good at all. Neither tasted like BBQ sauce. One tasted like tomato sauce with seasoning and the other tasted like a vinegary Tabasco sauce. The brisket was okay, nothing super impressive but no complaints. The queso might have been the most egregious issue (after the BBQ sauce) imagine paying $11 for tasteless, unimpressive, liquid cheese. Nothing in it but cheese and prayers. Adding the brisket (1/4lb for ~$9) along with a variety of other seasonings, made it okay. Ironically, reheating it after a few hours made it actually taste a bit better (enough to justify the price?
