    Rolling Fusion pork belly tacos

Wow! I'm so glad I tried this at my work function. The pork belly tacos were some of the best tacos I've ever had! I will have to try again.

While attending the All American Foodie Fest we had the opportunity to try Rolling Fusion. My fella and I tried the Thai fried chicken tacos. They were good. Small, but good. The chicken had good flavor. They were a little on the dry side and I had hoped for more of a coconut flavor. If I ever tried them again I'd likely ask for more sauce to use as a dip. The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food like other food trucks we have tried in the past.

I tried them at April 2018 Foodie Fest. I loved their Pork Belly tacos ! It's the perfect mix of Korean and Mexican. I would love to try some more of their food too! I just wish they had a better online presence so I could find them more often. But hopefully I'll see them again soon ;)

I recently spent the weekend at Pirate Fest and was excited to see see Rolling Fusion as one of their vendors. On Friday I was a tad disappointed that four of their menu items were not available, but I ordered their fish tacos (which are described as "Fish Tacos Corn flake crusted Alaskan cod, sundried tomato spread, cabbage slaw, wasabi vinaigrette, avocado cream, pickled red onion, serrano chili "). For $11 it seemed a tad high but I ordered regardless. The tacos were small, but packed full of flavor. I really enjoyed these ones! My only complaint would be that they were wrapped twice with the corn tortillas, and as much as i wanted to take one of them off, their sun dried tomato spread (btw I LOVE sun dried tomatoes) was in between the two so I couldn't take one off without sacrificing the overall taco. They were delicious, but a bit too much tortilla. On Saturday I went back and ordered their Crispy Pork Belly Tacos (described as, "Pork belly, Japanese eggplant kimchee, crispy lime rice.") for $10 and their Steak tacos (described as, "Grilled skirt steak, roasted corn spread, chimichurri, fried plantain, lettuce, queso fresco") for $11. The Steak tacos I thought were just okay, I wasn't the biggest fan of them. The meat wasn't was flavorful as I expected.....Now, here come the Pork Belly tacos. They were $11, and I LOVED them, They were just as described, crispy and packed full of flavor. These were by far my favorite of the three I tried. Great experience, yummy food and friendly employees!

I've seen Rolling Fusion around town a few times. I saw a friend post their shrimp and grits tacos on Insta during foodie fest. Shrimp and grits is one of my favorite foods. There was no way I wasn't going to try them. My experience started out a little rocky when there were 2 young kids at the table where you order. I wasn't sure if they were working or just hanging out. They kept looking at me and then looking away. Finally one of them took my order. The food took a bit to come out which was ok until I tried it and it was cold and hard. The tortillas were almost inedible parts of them were so hard. It was the end of the night about an hour before the festival closed. Not sure that is an excuse. My friend who posted the picture said they were his favorite food of the day. Guess I should have found them earlier. This is really a 2 star review but they seem like a family business so giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I love the garnish of the thinly sliced succulent jalapeño on top to give it that bite of heat to set off all the other flavors.

I need to write a review of my experience here. Long story, short, I've been wanting to come here…read morefor a very long time. And recently, I had this very weird addiction to tiramisu. I recently saw a review where someone snapped a pic of the seasonal tiramisu that I really wanted to try. So on a random day, I made a trip. Took about seven hours since I'm coming from another state. And the insane part, was that I only went for the tiramisu. When I got to the food truck, I was surprised to find out that the tiramisu I was trying to get is no longer "in season." but the awesome guy at the front explained that the new flavor was the apple crumble. And he also mentioned that he loved this more than other flavors. So that was enough to convince me to get it and I will say,.. that was the best tiramisu I've ever had in my life. If you're reading this review, this is your sign to go try that apple tiramisu before it's gone. There were a little bits of apples that were just bright little surprises of flavor. You had a very traditional tiramisu look, but the flavor was beyond what somebody could imagine. It wasn't overly sweet, it wasn't overly wet. Everything about this tiramisu was perfect. If 303 decides to keep this on their menu, that would be one of the best decisions ever made. I would come back just for that. Moving onto the person who took my order. This person was absolutely perfect. Not only was he super fast and efficient, he was extremely knowledgeable about the food and even convinced me to give to my other addiction, which is cheesecake. I really enjoyed the small chat we had, but more importantly, I really appreciated his enthusiasm for the food they sell. I didn't expect to get such good service at a food truck close to midnight. But that cheesecake, wow. I knew this cheesecake would be out of this world when the cashier guy told me that mascarpone was in the filling. You can't even begin to imagine how many levels of lusciousness this cheesecake was. And not only that, this is one of the very few, if not only, American cheesecake maker that doesn't dump tons of sugar in it. The cheesecake was perfectly sweet. And what threw this over the top was the berry compote. The berry sauce had very low sugar, and it perfectly worked with the cheesecake. At this point, I can't believe how much I've actually written about this experience considering how fast I was out of there. But with that side, the atmosphere was amazing. There was a good group of people lined up to get food. But the hilarious part was at the food truck was what looks to be in a strip club parking lot. I could be wrong but I just found that to be interesting. There may be a lot of of you who are browsing the reviews and are finding out that these desserts are a little bit pricey. But let me tell you, aside from the fact that this spot uses high-quality ingredients to make their desserts, the quantity they give you is massive. I guarantee you won't finish it in one day unless you are me and have a serious addiction to their food. Give their food a try at least once, and you'll probably end up going back repeatedly. I know I'm gonna go back. It's worth the hours long drive. Because then you'll have amazing food to eat on the drive back. If the owner of this food truck is reading this, I just want to say thank you for spreading a little joy through your food. I really appreciate it. I've been going through a tough time recently, and the cheesecake and tiramisu is really helping me a lot.

The 303 area code in the name hints at Colorado style, so the green chile seems to reflect that…read moreregion rather than New Mexico. The Green Chile Burrito was good, the chicken, beans, and cheese. However, the green chile itself was what I was most looking forward to, and it fell a bit short. There was very little green chile and it lacked the kick and spicy profile I was expecting from a New Mexican style chile. On the side, the 303 fries were well-seasoned and delicious ($18 total for the entrée and fries). I also tried the well-known cheesecake sandwich ($16.50). It's large enough to share, with distinct cinnamon and carrot cake flavors. It was decent, different. Overall, it was a good meal, but if you're coming here specifically hoping for spicy New Mexican green chile, you might be left wanting a bit more chile and heat. Also, the price is high for a food truck.

For months I've seen The Spot To Eat truck parked next to the VA office on Palms Airport Drive for almost every other day for lunch. I couldnt find any Yelp listings and never thought of looking on Facebook. Until today when something in the office smelt good and I couldn't figure where it was coming from. At the truck, its a trailer pulled around by a truck, all the pictures and descriptions just blew my mind, I was excited and upset that it took me so long to finally try it. I saw and even smelt their Buffalo Chicken Salad and I wanted one but held off. I started asking other's what their favorites were and went with Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and Crack Fries. It was delicious on its own and only $7 ($6 for the sandwich and $1 if you add fries). It was a fried chicken with Teriyaki sauce, pineapple, tomato, lettuce, and wasabi mayo between a roll, I mixed up some deli mustard and sriracha and added to the sandwich. Did I have a smile on my face? Yes. Ordering fries on their own are $3 and ordering almost any sandwich or burgers are $6. Delicious looking gourmet burgers at a reasonable price. Their trailer has a TV with sound. I usually see them during lunch at the VA Office near the airport but follow them on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/thespottoeat and Twitter https://twitter.com/TheSpotToEat to see all their pictures, menu, and where there going to be. You wont be disappointed.
