    sisig

unfortunately was not a fan of the sisig. the pork wasn't crispy at all and the rice was unseasoned. overall would've rather had chow kings sisig than this. pretty disappointing. the pork itself was well seasoned but was not evenly distributed even after mixing. i wish their was more texture it in this - everything was just kind of mushy. i did enjoy the fresh flavors that came with the pork, but i did think everything had a sort of pickled flavor to it. it was also very bell pepper heavy which i wasn't a big fan of. service was fast despite how busy it was though. they were also nice.

The best Filipino food being served from this food truck here in Las Vegas. I had the Lechon Kawali with Vinegar Sauce and Chili Oil and Papaya Salad. The best I've had in Las Vegas and true to its Filipino authenticity and flavor. My friend had the Sisig and let me have a bite and it was so good I wish I had room to order another plate. You must try this place as you'll love the food coming out of this kitchen. Truly my favorite and will be back for more delicious Filipino cuisine my next visit.

Got to see their food truck at the asian night market in vegas

I got to try the 4 corners banh mi at the asian food market in vegas I really enjoyed this one! All their food sounded amazing, but opt to try the banh mi which was only $10 a great price for a food truck. The chicken was cooked well and had sweet flavor to it and i loved the pickled veggies and toasted cheese on the bun! I would've liked the bread to be a bit more like the traditional banh mi with the crunchy exterior, but the flavor was really good! The service was super quick and the servers were really nice. I also enjoyed the ambiance and how the food truck looked overall. Would recommend if you ever see them in person or if their food truck is near you

4Corners brought their food truck to my apartment complex and it was so amazing! The food was so so so good and the portions were huge. Most of the time if you order fish they give you one small piece there was 4 decent chunks of mahi in this dish! It was the best street food I've had! I was blown away with the flavor. If you see this food truck definitely make a stop!!

Second stop while checking out the Tivoli Night Market. Lucked out as I evidently got the last order of the grilled octopus. Very reasonably priced, as it came with 4 nice pieces of octopus. The cucumber, seaweed salad and diced Asian pear complemented the octopus nicely. Just gotta remember to let them know no cilantro. Luckily it was a sprig versus chopped up so no harm no foul. The wait took a bit longer than I expected but nothing egregious. They give you a beeper to let you know when your food is ready, which was a nice touch.

Last month we had 4Corners come back to my work for an employee luncheon. They came back after almost exactly a year and our employees had still been raving about the great food. The 4Corners team are super friendly and efficient. We took pre-orders from our employees so the line went quickly for about 60 people. I had the Al Pastor Pork Sticks and loved it. The meat is tender, marinated deliciously over rice and topped with pickled papaya. I also tried the Sisig, which is chopped pork sautéed with onions, garlic, jalapeños, and peppers over rice with an egg on top. It also had pork belly/ this dish has such amazing flavors! Their presentation of food is absolutely beautiful, and they are such professionals in every way. We were thrilled to have them out again for our luncheon!

Yummy Filipino food with a new twist. I like how they add their own flavors to a classic dish like Sisig. The Pork Sisig also came with 2 pieces of crispy pork belly and a perfect gooey fried egg on top. The Grilled Octopus Tostada had a refreshing taste and it was a pretty large portion as well. You can't have Filipino food without the lumpia which was also delicious. I caught them at the GA foodie fest, so I would definitely try them out again if I get the chance . The other items on the menu look so good as well. Their food is definitely IG worthy! Service was great, definitely a nice family running the food truck.

DAWG. This. Place…read more Fiiiiiiiiiiiiire! I waited in a line of like 10 people and would have waited in a line of 100 LOL. Also ordered the prickly pear cutty juice and literally 100/10 so good. I crave and dream about this meal with how good and satisfied I was. I literally wish I lived in Vegas for this. You get soooooo much chicken on top of the fries and again it's so frickin worth it! The staff there are super friendly and helpful, and honestly the wait goes by quick. Worth the wait regardless. It's in a small parking lot right outside a gentleman's club lol but again... WORTH. IT. Will be coming back when I visit Las Vegas every time

The Green Chile Burrito was good, the chicken, beans, and cheese. However, the green chile itself was what I was most looking forward to, and it fell a bit short. There was very little green chile and it lacked the kick and spicy profile I was expecting from a New Mexican style chile. On the side, the 303 fries were well-seasoned and delicious ($18 total for the entrée and fries). I also tried the well-known cheesecake sandwich ($16.50). It's large enough to share, with distinct cinnamon and carrot cake flavors. It was decent, different. Overall, it was a good meal, but if you're coming here specifically hoping for spicy New Mexican green chile, you might be left wanting a bit more chile and heat. Also, the price is high for a food truck.

For months I've seen The Spot To Eat truck parked next to the VA office on Palms Airport Drive for almost every other day for lunch. I couldnt find any Yelp listings and never thought of looking on Facebook. Until today when something in the office smelt good and I couldn't figure where it was coming from. At the truck, its a trailer pulled around by a truck, all the pictures and descriptions just blew my mind, I was excited and upset that it took me so long to finally try it. I saw and even smelt their Buffalo Chicken Salad and I wanted one but held off. I started asking other's what their favorites were and went with Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and Crack Fries. It was delicious on its own and only $7 ($6 for the sandwich and $1 if you add fries). It was a fried chicken with Teriyaki sauce, pineapple, tomato, lettuce, and wasabi mayo between a roll, I mixed up some deli mustard and sriracha and added to the sandwich. Did I have a smile on my face? Yes. Ordering fries on their own are $3 and ordering almost any sandwich or burgers are $6. Delicious looking gourmet burgers at a reasonable price. Their trailer has a TV with sound. I usually see them during lunch at the VA Office near the airport but follow them on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/thespottoeat and Twitter https://twitter.com/TheSpotToEat to see all their pictures, menu, and where there going to be. You wont be disappointed.

We arrived right before 5pm when it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of us before they even started taking orders. For only having 2 ppl in the truck, they moved pretty quickly, but by the time we got to the front of the line, there were at least 10 more groups of people behind us. In total we were there about 30 min outside from getting in line to getting our food. We had to get the favorites we've seen, so we got the crackin chicken cutty fries, the green chile burrito smothered, and a slice of Tiramisu. The fries and burrito were both so flavorful. The chicken in the burrito had such a great flavor to it by itself but the green chile was fantastic, a little spicier than I anticipated but mixed with the pinto beans it was such a good combination of spice, flavors, and just goodness. Everyone recommended getting it smothered with cheese sauce and green chile on top so we had to. Definitely found out why it was recommended *love* The fries, omg the fried chicken was so crispy, perfect seasoning on the breading, and the different sauces mixed with it... yup definitely tasty. Such a huge portion size, but they do offer upgraded chicken cutty fries as a side with the burrito to get the best of both and smaller portion. And the tiramisu..... *chefs kiss * it is my favorite dessert so I have high expectations... this hit the mark, and the slice was so massive!! I'm so happy I'll be able to eat on it for days!! Pricing for all of this plus the prickly pear cutty juice with pineapple (which was also very tasty and fresh) was over $60 so a little more expensive but lord, with the portion sizes and all the toppings it's totally worth it!!! We will be back! Just may go try the brick n mortar location bc it was extremely hot outside to be standing in line waiting after 5 pm. If the line was any longer we probably wouldn't have waited. The other locations are a lot farther from us so this was the best location wise. Also would be nice to open earlier, but may not be as easy to do in a food truck which is understandable.

We ordered the Philly cheesesteak, the green chile burrito, and fries with their delicious seasoned fries served with both the 303 sauce and garlic aioli for dipping. Unlike many food trucks that can be hard to track down, you always know exactly where to find them when the craving hits. If you're looking for something different that's packed with flavor, I definitely recommend giving them a try!
