I have come to Rolling Pin many times. Anytime we are near by my little one recognizes it and wants to stop by. When I walk in, it's always nice that someone always greets us. Super nice employees all the time. Anytime I have gone, they always have a good selection of donuts. We always find some that we like. They have a drink menu. They offer a variety of different coffees, lattes, and other drinks. I have not had their drinks. They do sound good. They do take card but cash is preferred. There is a small fee to use card. They have outdoor and indoor seating just in case you want to enjoy your donut and drink. Also great lighting if you want to bring a book to read. Overall, love coming here and find it adorable that my little one knows this place and gets excited to grab some donuts.

This spot is a total "D'oh-not" miss! Beyond the fantastic treats, I loved the nods to The Simpsons--from the themed boxes to the iconic Homer donut. The shop itself is very clean, inviting, and surprisingly spacious with plenty of seating to sit back and enjoy your haul. The large selection of donuts and all beautifully displayed. While the donuts look incredible, I opted for the baked cinnamon roll, and it was very good . Top-tier service and stress-free parking make this an easy 5-star stop. Highly recommended! Buen provecho. D'oh.

The staff was super helpful going through each donut and answering questions regarding possible cross contamination with peanuts due to my little ones allergy. They could not guarantee anything but let us know the peanuts are kept in a separate container, glaze chocolate round donuts are made at a different time than those with peanuts, all donuts are transferred using gloves, etc. My kids peanut allergy has subsided to only if he ingests actual peanuts so we went with a chocolate with sprinkles which he ate without issue. He said it was really good and given the size of it he was full before he finished the donut. The Mrs Yelper got a mini apple fritter, which she ate some of and brought home given that she ate some of my blueberry round. I'd say their apple fritters are the best thing in the menu. The dining area had ample room and this is a great place for families to come for a donut, with donuts such as the Homer Simpson, and m&m donuts. They have little character statues for photo op, and have merchandise for those donut lovers like myself. That's this critic's review, until next time I'll be eating.

What a delicious assortment of donuts!! The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is fun. My friend and I enjoyed a table outside. We were so impressed with the light fluffy dough and tasty toppings! We are excited to hear they may be coming to TO soon!! There was a steady stream of customers the entire time we sat here. Thanks!!

I was in the area and had some time before an appointment to stop by for a sweet treat. I got the cinnamon roll. It's big, soft and fresh. The clerk asked me if I wanted it warmed up so naturally I said yes. It was delicious and although it looked like a lot of frosting it was just the right ratio.

I stg this place may have me becoming a donut person again. Incredible and fresh donuts, clean interior, and seriously some of the nicest people (shout out to Ronny for being so informative and kind!). Apparently this is a second location and they are basically cranking out fresh donuts for most of the day. Highly recommend getting a cafe de olla with you donut as it really rounds out the flavor

I picked up some donuts to go, it was empty when I went in the afternoon. The donuts were fresh and soft. I love a chocolate chip roll with lots of chocolate chips on the inside & it's a good size too. The cake donuts are fluffy and sweet with the frosting on top. Apple fritter has chunks of cinnamon apples in there with a glaze on top. Parking- big parking lot shared with other businesses

This location is a "Bucket List" must for any hard core rolling pin fan! Food quality is Excellent! Service is amazing and everyone is kind and patient. Ambience was clean and very inviting! Many more selections beyond the Camarillo location! Try the Croissants, especially the and Ham/Cheese! Jakob is the cool Viking looking bearded guy, he's always making people smile and greets everyone as if they were family. Great crew there!!! Military / 1stResponder Discounts too!!

Apple fritter here is always good. Big size to share with someone else but brings the flavor no matter how you take it apart! Always ready and available at the counter, especially at this location. Ambiance is always fun whether you hang inside to eat, see the menu or are in and out here since service is quick, efficient and always helpful. Took my Apple fritter on the go and the flavor and texture was there, no problem with its presentation outside the bag. With the variety in their menu, will come back!

I thought this is an above average place to enjoy a donut and coffee. They have a nice variety of donuts from which to choose. However, they also have a nice restaurant like interior. So if you want to enjoy your donut and coffee while there, they do have a few inside tables and a nicely appointed interior.

I had heard of the notorious Rolling Pin in Camarillo so getting one in Ventura was super exciting. I love donuts (who doesn't!?) so I was happy to treat myself and finally try this spot. The shop itself is very spacious and clean. Super cute decor too. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I tried a maple bar, Oreo, and fruity pebbles donut. The fruity pebbles cereal was a tad stale but cereal donuts are hard to nail with freshness. The maple bar was solid. I love how airy these donuts are. Not too dense and definitely fluffy. They have a good amount of speciality flavors that I'm excited to go back and try. Overall, good donuts!

Many people behind the counter but the slowest service I have ever seen in a donut shop.

Lots of variety to choose from. The donuts we got were a little greasy, it was later at night so unsure if that's the reason.

Skylar posted her pies for the week on Wednesday on her Instagram account, and I was able to purchase a pie slice box (3 different slices for $35) for pick up in Ventura on Sunday. This week's pies were strawberry cream, lemon with meringue, and coconut cream. They were all beautifully decorated and baked to perfection. The coconut cream was my favorite because it had a salty crust that paired well with the sweet coconut. But honestly, they were all so delicious! I will definitely be re-ordering more of these pie slices soon. They were worth every penny.

They seemed more interested in closing than helping customers, and the service reflected that. We ordered two twist cones with sprinkles, and each cone got a single spoonful of sprinkles. At the Camarillo location, the tops are always covered, so this felt cheap and intentional rather than an honest mistake. If serving customers 30 minutes before closing is a problem, the posted hours should reflect that. Between the unfriendly service and the noticeably skimpy portions, this location doesn't live up to the Mister Softee name. We won't be back!

There isn't much parking space in downtown Camarillo, but I was able to find street parking this time.
